Ordered July still sitting in "D"......my wife now punishes me with the song from En Vogue..."Never Never Gonin' to Get it"....

My Granger order from February...that is still sitting in "D" as well..

Wow.. Hopefully they move soon I wonder what option is holding it up or is it something else.

There are threads about some of the issues. MIL/CEL lights that they can't seem to figure out, tied to misfiring and other issues. Poor shifting between 2nd and 3rd. And now rumors of another big SW/FW update coming out after the new year.
I just hope these issues are identified and root cause is addressed before we get our trucks.

Well i got very lucky. My order is in JS status and it has been for a bit like alot of others here. Monday night i went to the Ram site and built one exactly like my order and then looked at the trucks that was available within 100 miles of me. The first one that popped up was the same as mine except it didn't have the Trailer Tow Group, about an hour and a half from me. I never tow anything anyway, so i thought what the hell it won't hurt to go look at....................... It's sitting in my driveway right now. The dealer who took my order way back on Feb 26th understood why i got it from there and will mail me my deposit back. I felt a little bad cause i've gotten my 3 Jeeps and my last Ram from them.
........ They always look so much better when you get the front windows tinted and that's getting done first tomorrow morning. Will post pics when my wife puts the pictures she took in my folder. Don't give up on getting yours cause they are well worth it. I would have waited for my order to come in if that one didn't show up. But i couldn't leave her in the showroom. The truck was built in August and they just got it on their lot last Thursday.

Even though my 19 has the ABS open recall they still took it as my trade in.

Well look at this here. All I had to do was get the EV Sierra for the truck to move. Lol. Got the notification that the truck shipped. Even got the window sticker too. Maybe this means things are moving. Delivery date is now TBD.

All parts were available to build his truck so it was scheduled and built quickly.

No one here has insight to parts restrictions, but in the past 30-45 days from order to delivery were pretty normal...

I think that's the mystery. His truck was fully loaded, except for the 2kW power. Some of us don't have any parts that are above & beyond what he ordered.
Agree - it's a mystery. There probably is an explanation, but it'd be nice to know at least part of it. Or at least know if we're going to see our trucks this year or what part of next year.

Definitely a mystery. Now have the latest update today. Just saw the update today. Truck is set for a delivery date of 11/25. I’m honestly shocked that it moved so quickly after what seemed like a lull.

I've been digging around grasping at straws trying to figure out why there might be a delay. I can't see my build sheet even though the dealership is telling me it is in JS-Storage and the tracker shows it's still being built. I'm starting to wonder if they ordered mine with the self parking feature and that is the delay since I'm seeing other Tungstens hit the showroom floor that are identical to my order except for that feature. Seems like that may be a software issue and maybe they are building them and throwing them in storage until that gets worked out so they can flash a software update and ship them out. Seems like that was an advertised feature that was supposed to be standard and then got changed. Seem to remember a posting from April where someone was told if they had an order in before that, they needed to change their order as that went from an included option to an additional option. Wish they would come out and give us details as I am more than capable of parking the truck by myself. Then again, I'm more than capable of carrying my keys with me but the phone as key feature would be convenient and I was looking forward to that too(also not working yet).

Did the incentives just go up? I just "built" a Tungsten on RamTrucks and the total didn't look right to me. then I saw this :

edit: needed to expand the options. now I understand. must take delivery by 12/2. I wish I could!!

Wish Ram would just come out and say, "Hey, this is the issue.....If you want us to ship it without that, say the word! Otherwise, prepare to be patient!!" It would make it a lot easier to be patient with communication.

That wasn’t even an option when I ordered. I heard that it wasn’t going to be available on this year’s model. But I wonder if things were ordered with the Parksense and now that’s the hold up. What did you end up going with?

I ended up not going the truck route at all. I loved having a truck but it was no longer a must have so I went with something else what better suit me and my family.
