@HSKR R/T since you have one to look at, are there by chance any stickers/decals on the inside of the bumper that were applied at the factory with any codes/numbers/etc.?
My 2020 Built to Serve is currently in a collision center after being rear ended. I had to reject the repair yesterday as they painted the rear bumper a gloss/semi-gloss black which doesn’t match a single other black piece on the truck. They’re going to be repainting it.
In my research, it...
Screenshot from Ram’s most-recent ad for this 4/25 release. This truck caught my eye - appears to be a Rebel but the color stands out. Appears similar to the special edition sandblast color from 2022.
Steel Storm has the same paint code (PAS) as Baltic Gray found on the Wagoneers and Jeep Grand Cherokees.
Forged Blue Metallic has the same paint code (PCG) as River Rock found on the Wagoneers.
I guess I’m in the minority and am glad it did not go in the direction of the concept. The concept was too over the top, and I wasn’t a fan. I was pleasantly surprised seeing the production photos yesterday. I think it’s the best looking EV truck thus far. With Ram carrying over the current body...
I also wouldn’t count on dealers being better next year.
If it were me, I’d sell your current car privately. Or if you have any AutoNation dealers around you, you can get a quote for selling your vehicle to them (Sell My Car | Sell or Trade Your Car Online | AutoNation).
I know you don’t want...
Just for reference, these were the dates of the press releases for the Armed Forces BTS trucks. Remember the Armed Forces spanned two model years…2020 and 2021.
Release 1: November 2019
Release 2: February 2020
Release 3: September 2020
Release 4: November 2020
Release 5: March 2021

Dealer would probably be your best bet. You may have to provide them with the VIN of a Limited Red Edition to help narrow down/expedite their search.
Edit: Here’s the VIN to one - 1C6SRFHT1NN269366
Mine did that a couple weeks ago. Starting out in the morning, truck seemed to stumble a bit as I started driving down the street, and held first gear for too long and wasn't shifting into second gear. Shut the truck down, and restarted with a CEL. Was shifting fine after the restart, but CEL...
I use the Ram website's Search Inventory function. Unfortunately they don't have filters to narrow down the search by the Built to Serve Package and/or the Redline color. You can narrow it down by applying the Bighorn trim, 4x4, etc. options, and its pretty easy to spot the BTS trucks via the...
I’d be surprised if you can actually order one. For the armed forces BTS trucks, ordering had to be be done well in advance.. particularly before production even started (from what I heard). I know from my experience, I started putting feelers out to multiple dealers when Ram first announced...
I had a feeling that’s how it was with these trucks. I’d expect a couple to be the exact same build, but for all of them to be the same and going to different dealers…I figured Ram was really limiting the customization or Ram was in complete control of the builds.
Starting to see the BTS Firefighter edition trucks show up as "In Transit" to many California dealers. All seem to be a long the same build, with an example Window Sticker linked below. Crazy how much the MSRP on these trucks have gone up! My fully-loaded Ceramic Gray BTS (Purchased Aug 2020)...
