Rambox/E-torque order tracking

I thought the RamBox spreadsheet was for...RamBox orders ;)

The MOTS data shows 7 moved to D1 the same day (8/21). MOTS has all builds. I was wondering out loud if they are all Rambox orders. I'm too busy to cross reference the spreadsheet at this time.

2 of the 7 have been built as of today. @rdz418 was built yesterday and has a 7/3 order date just like I do. I could be next as one of the 8/21 D1 group. Exciting! Things are moving along now.

I'm a 5/9 RamBox order that went back to D1 on 8/21 but no movement so far. I am very encouraged by the movement, especially since 9/3 was the earliest build date given so with the expectation reset, these three are early!

I was just plotting the shipping tracks on a map and I must say that a lot of trucks are doing some serious sightseeing. Mine went from Detroit south to Princeton (SW Indiana) and now north to the outskirts of Chicago. SpeedyV was with me in Indiana and now it shows him heading NW to Ft. Madison in Iowa. These are trips several hundred miles in the wrong direction. With both trucks heading to Texas it makes no sense. Why would they not organize this better? No wonder it sometimes takes weeks for the shipping.

Most likely due to the railcar shortage, it wouldn't surprise me if they have to ship them however far in the wrong direction to get loaded on a train going in the right direction instead of waiting longer for another train to be available. that is going direct.

Dealer let me know my truck was scheduled to be built this week, shipping date mid September. Tracking here says rail car 10/7... so something doesn't match up... we'll see how it all progresses!

That date is put there during initial planning, it wil get updated after truck is built

Hopefully todays update by BobbyBigWheels will shed some light on all of our questions. Personally I like his order updates better than the one from jeepgarage.

I agree that @BobbiBigWheels is doing a fine job with the ordertracking, but today is radio silence from him. Tuesdays he has another commitment. But i am sure he will update first thing tomorrow or possibly the evening tonight

Glad to see you guys trucks moving along

Congrats buddy! I know it's been a long wait.

I think we were just fooled. I think the stop in "Gibson, IN" wasn't actually "Gibson County" in the south, but rather a stop in NW Indiana off of the Norfolk Southern line where we were then transferred to BNSF (Fort Madison). Now it's BNSF all the way to Fort Worth (Alliance).

I just keep staring at the MOTS page non stop. I am in semi-shock. I can't actually believe I have a built truck. I know I have to get by a few more hurdles to get it shipped KZ, but it feels great!

Now I have to root for @Foxman @Neocane @edrclark @Edwards as you guys have been waiting just as long with me!

Sorry if I left anyone out. I'm rooting for all of us. Looks like the dam has finally broke

Ramcares is also helping me salvage my 500.00 Ram bucks coupon because of the wait. Reach out to them and hopefully they can help you guys that have waited so long too.

Really happy for you, Slim!
My Ivory/eTorque/RamBox/Ltd. was ordered one day after yours; it may arrive at it's final rail stop actually tomorrow.
I do wonder why ours were put built on such different schedules?
Good news is that yours will have any recent quality 'tweaks', and yours will (hopefully) not be parked outside for a whole month like mine was (waiting for WHAT, I'll likely never know).
We may both in the end have ours delivered in September.
Let's hope they'll both be perfect!

I have been stuck in "i" inspection for 12 days now. I think they forgot it was there.

YO SLIM!!!!!! Happy for you bro!!!! Go JB status!!!!!

I've been watching and waiting for you to go JB or KZ. Hopefully your build doesn't get stuck anywhere.

Congrats!

Ok, however mine went north to the Chicago area while yours went to Ft. Madison. Any idea what is at Blue Island? It looks like two huge train transfer facilities on Google. I hope it starts heading south soon. That $1500 rebate expires Sept 4.
Anyone know if there are any rebates for the Limited planned for September?
