If you check at true car, they show 7 Tungstens available nationwide. ThatAgree with everything.
Clarification - Mine is still in D1. Point of my previous post was that my dealer was pissy with me for continuing to ask him about it.
I would guess that mid-week they start up the plant with the intent of running Tungstens. I bet they start with a couple and begin ramping up similar to what they've done with other trim levels. Their priority will probably be sold orders (ours).
I can't see them not weaving in the Limiteds with Level A though. I just don't know what that will look like. However, considering all of our (Tungstens) estimated ship dates are within the first 2 weeks of August, I bet they do both at the same time.
Comments from the CEO lead me to believe that they've been letting the plant do these slow ramp ups to gain efficiencies. I have a feeling that, based on comments from dealerships, he's swung too far towards operational efficiencies and will swing back a little towards supporting dealerships. In other words, the plant will probably have to deal with quicker ramp-ups or simultaneous ramp ups. However, not to the extent that it's had to deal with in recent years.
I click on that link to try and add my info but it won’t let me. Any input on how to do it?When I ordered my 2019 RAM, we build out a google sheet on the forum for everyone to track their orders. That way we can see at a glance what the status of everyone's build.
If you would like to participate and check out everyone's status, maybe someone could sticky this spreadsheet to the top of the thread. I don't know any moderators, but maybe someone more familiar with the forum can offer some improved visibility for us to gather more data.
Link below to the google sheet.

Thanks. Let me see if I need to adjust permissions. Sorry, may need to troubleshoot this a bit. Try again now.I click on that link to try and add my info but it won’t let me. Any input on how to do it?
Still no dice. I click the link and it brings it up in read only mode. No way to edit it. I have google sheets installed on my phone as well. No luck.Thanks. Let me see if I need to adjust permissions. Sorry, may need to troubleshoot this a bit. Try again now.
What is LSD? The ram version, not the lysergic acid one.ORG is a great value ad if you have a need for it. I really despise the LSD, it's really designed for off road scenarios (hence the off road group lol) and isn't great for normal driving. It's not like it doesn't work, it's just not as optimal as an LSD IMO.
From my understanding, air suspension has the same overall max height regardless of ORG or not. If you live in a cold weather climate, I would advise avoiding air suspension, IMO.
I actually snorted at that! Good, one - thank you. I really needed that. What is LSD? The ram version, not the lysergic acid one.
thanks for explaining that. i asked a similar question a while back because i thought my truck was broken. im fairly new to truck life and turned on my locker in my culdesac and it started to jump, skip, and skid and i was freaked out. glad its not broken and that was a normal cause-effect.The locking differential is something you turn off/on. If you have 4wd then, IMO, that will do what you need in place of a LSD when conditions are loose. Turning the locker on is more for lower speed crawling situations. You’d never want it turned on when on pavement unless it’s for street racing in a straight line. If it’s locked and you try to do any sort of a tight turn, the rear wheels will chirp and skip. It’s a terrible feeling.
So I'm not sure how many different types of LSD’s there are but in My experience I’m not personally a fan of LSD as they just apply the break to the spinning wheels to control traction. If you’re in snowy conditions and one wheel has traction and the other doesn’t, it just tries to slow down the spinning wheel but it doesn’t let the wheel with traction spin the way you’d want. If there’s another kind that actually diverts power to the wheel with traction as opposed to limiting power to the spiny wheel then that would be better.
I also have a delayed Ram Limited, apparently the in bed onboard Power XBH is N?A right now and was holding up the order. I was told if I remove that option the vehicle would be built faster.I am curious if anyone has heard anything about their 2025 Ram 1500 Orders. I ordered my Limited back in January 11th and got confirmation of my order but no VIN or any other info. I am curious if anyone else has either received a VIN or got any updates on their order. It seems really quiet and I figured we could just start a feed. I know the HO doesn’t start until ~3/5 but I am curious if anyone with an SO has got any updates.

Limited Slip Differential. This is one of those topics that has no clear answer, and different strokes for different folks.
I think there was a mistype in Alter Ego's post. If so, I agree with him. The locker type differentials are more for serious off-roading, rock crawling, etc. It locks the axle so both wheels turn in sync. This is good for going mostly straight forward, but on turns - it's not good. One wheel wants to turn faster due to the turn. But the differential keeps them locked.
The limited slip differential does just what it name says - it limits power to a wheel that is spinning, and diverts it to the other wheel. And the wheels can spin at different rates (i.e., turns).
My understanding is that LSD is more what you'd want for "normal" driving, and even light off-roading. It's very effective. If you give that up in the Off Road Group, in order to have the differential that locks, then.... that is probably enough for me to not get that option. I like most of the rest in the group. I've had Falken Wildpeak A/T3W tires, and like them.
So - really just hoping to confirm which differentials are with with the different groups.
