Just for tracking purposes, my truck was delivered to the dealer in East Texas 11 days after the BS and WS were generated (BS and WS came out the same day).

Check the build dates of those trucks... were they all built in the last two weeks of December?

At some point, especially given the hour of the day, I think you just need to tell them that they need to order you a new truck, have it expedited, and have it built the right way, or they need to refund you your money and you'll go elsewhere. It's clear they aren't going to fix this themselves...

No, but good guess. It's actually just the name of the book from which the proverb I have tattooed on it came, but I won't be able to type out the proverb here because my hand will cramp up before I'm done typing.

What's with all you dudes naming your trucks? Is this really a thing? I've never once named anything other than my sniper rifle ("Killer," for all those inquiring minds), my dogs, or my kids. My wife named one of my body parts, but since I only approved said name, I don't think that counts.

Where the truck are all these names coming from? I feel like I'm missing something (which is very possible, because I'm probably the person least knowledgeable about pop culture stuff).

This is the smartest thing anyone in this thread has said.

I have said it numerous times before, and I'll reiterate here: I'm a lawyer, but not your lawyer, so do not take anything that follows as legal advice; it is just my opinion and what I would do if I were in your shoes. Having said that, if I were you, I'd try to find an attorney you can speak...

I don't think it'll make a difference for @mtnbikej, as Stellantis can't force the dealer to sell to him, but it could, and should, cause some sort of punitive action to be taken against the dealer.

It likely won't do you any good, but I would contact Ram Care and let them know what the dealer did. The dealer has every right to charge whatever they want, but they should not hide from customers nearly $15k in extra charges until the last minute. Ram Care may want know of this shady practice...

    So it looks like "Price Class" may be another way of identifying series? 2 - Price Class E (2 HFE) 58,003 - Price Class H (58,591 Big Horn/Lonestar) 1,575 - Price Class L (1,586 Tradesman) 15,726 - Price Class M (15,936 Limited) 30,509 - Price Class P (30,843 Laramie) 6,185 - Price Class R...

@Eighty and @triple_B, thanks for all the work you guys do. While I'm not going to be taking delivery of my truck, I do have a couple of questions, just out of sheer curiosity, based on my build sheet. What do the different "Price Classes" mean? My BS shows "Price Class M," while another...

Is it possible they only gave you the options that were included in your packages when you ordered? I recall that, "back in the day," the digital rear view mirror and HUD were only available in the Tech Package, which your signature does not indicate you ordered. I know the "new" LL1 package...
