I'm sure they are fine. I bought some and they appear to be of decent quality.

I wanted to see what the ride felt like for a while without them. But now I'm pretty sure I'm going to get the RC 5" lift, so I'll have some brand new spacers if someone wants to buy them off me. Probably sell them for half plus shipping. Or if someone is local to Northern VA, even better.

You are correct. The design of the Daystar has been the only one so far found to work with the air suspension.
I believe that the Daystars are the only ones that have a hole in the spacer in the middle that you got to run the air line through!

Ordered the Revel links, front and rear, with the Daystar spacers and new UCAs. Going to wait until I wear out the life on these factory tires before buying new rubber. Hopefully, the truck won't look weird without new tires.

The system takes readings from each sensor (1 each on all 4 corners). This is how the system can adjust any corner it needs, not just the front vs the rear. The link/shaft is tied to the sensor on the frame at one end and the trailing/control arm at the other. As the suspension rises and lowers as you drive (or add weight) which causes the link/shaft to move up & down. This link/shaft drives the sensor (with built-in rheostat) and causes changes in resistance/voltage that the on-board computer interprets and does all the magic work to the air bag system to add or remove air. These numbers are looked at and can even be adjusted by your local technician to make the vehicle sit level - it does not always work, but it can help.

Some aftermarket systems allow for those links to be replaced with longer/shorter, adjustable ones. You can cheat the system and make the vehicle raise or lower to reset the height. (This only allows minor adjustments to help you level out the vehicle) I've not played with those yet, so someone else would have to jump in on that. I would like to see the readings within the system, because I believe that the sensor only reads 0-5Volts. The air suspension system sends the inflator/deflator a % operation that resets the air bag pressure to a new normal ride height. (I have a non-Rebel rig, so I have 5 settings to choose from).

Can you explain how it broke or when? The tire size? Which setting you were in? offroad 2 ? Aero?

I'd be interested in the Daystar Spacers if you do end up getting the RC 5" lift, I'm in Arlington, VA.

Sounds good. I'm going to make a decision about the lift tomorrow. I'll let you know. Super happy that someone local wants them.

For those of you that have done this, is this all I need on a 2020 Limited?

Do you need an alignment after? Can you fit 35x12.50 or only 33?

Did you end up deciding on the RC lift or doing the spacers?

Oh, yeah, sorry, I was procrastinating a bit. How would you like to get the spacers? I live down in Triangle (basically Quantico).
The 5 inch lift is going to look real good. I can drive down there this weekend, I was planing on going to Quantico this weekend already. You want half correct?

This weekend is perfect. I paid $130, so half would be perfect. My loss, your gain. :)

I'll message you directly.

Posting and update the Daystar spacers are not the only ones that work. The shop that did my leveling kit used MaxTrac Suspension - 2.5 inch leveling kit.

I put these and the Revel airlinks on my 2019 Limited with air suspension and its working out great.

I was able to clear 35’s with no rubbing after removing the front plastic mud flap. For added clearance they screwed the back side of the wheel well liner and they made and attached a front bracket to pull the front side of the wheel well liner closer to the bumper.
