Just make sure everything is closed up and the key is far enough away from the truck so that the computers can fully go to sleep
 
Thank you all for your info on this!!! I have successfully done the DRL’s, adjusted for tire height, fog light with high beams and the rear turn signal alternating with brakes. Anything else you guys suggest? So much fun!!!

Ive done these and lowered my TPMS pressure threshold.

You can also program some extra keys if you want to.

Alright…
Finally grabbed a handful of fobs from eBay and successfully programmed to 2019+ 5th GEN Ram 1500 using only JScan.
All steps were done without ever putting the ignition in ACC or RUN position, and all working fobs were left in the house (so I could verify that JScan can program for an “all fobs lost” situation).
Connect to Ram DT 1500, then go to adaptation > radio frequency hub settings > RFH pin reading beta > target value = ram 2019-2023 > go.
When the following screen pops up, just turn the hazards on. Don’t bother opening and closing the door and don’t worry about the...

Everything else that I know of requires changing out or adding hardware

It means the brake lights come back when the turn signal turns off. Default is the brake light disappears on the side you have the turn signal activated. I made a video in this post.

what post# shows u how to make this change> i dont feel like looking through 16 pages lol
 
Does anyone know if you can add other trim level themes for the cluster display and radio display? When I first looked at my truck at the dealer (used 2022 rams sport gt) it had what looked like a Longhorn display, pic below. Took delivery and it's no longer an option. Got it from a Ram dealership, and km's don't look off from previous service history and carfax, trailer trip is way lower than oxo, so I don't think it's a different cluster. It had a recall done and I believed it needed a reflash so that may have wiped out previous owner coding changes. Any idea if the trim level can be changed with JScan? Thanks

Yes, you can change the splash screens with Jscan. But the theme is under radio display settings

Thanks for replying, much appreciated. Any idea where in JScan this is done? I've been pouring thru it and I can't seem to find it. On my JL Rubicon it was pretty clear but this one not so much. Unless I'm blind or dumb which is entirely possible 😂

The splash screen is just what shows up when you start the truck. I have mine set to say SPORT. But I also used the TazerDT to set it, but I have changed it with alfaObd before as well.
