I also have the 23 but asked the dealer to put the 24 version on it.

I have the car for several months and already have to connect my phone to the uconnect system a few times already. Also had the issue that the app page isn't opening or that the temperature adjustments in the upper corners dissapeared.

Has the dealer updated your software? Can you please send us a PM with your VIN, along with a photo of our Application Version on your Uconnect, we'd be happy to look into this further for you.

Put your vehicle into the ON or ACC position and perform the following--

Go to “Vehicle Settings” then select “ System
Information” and look for “Version Information”

@RamCares - see my radio version attached here. My radio stations continuously delete and my CarPlay screen freezes. I have the “connected services delete”— so I don’t get OTA updates. I took it to the dealer.. and they told me they updated it. It’s the exact same version # — they are now telling me that my radio version can’t be updated?! Because Ram has given them the update file? This is the “Largest Jeep/Ram Dealer in the US”

I added a winch to the front of my 2022 RAM 2500 Laramie. I have the winch cable connected to the driver side tow hook loop. Problem is, the ParkSense goes off because the cable is in front of it. Is there a way to turn off only one sensor and keep the rest of my front sensors working?
I tried disconnecting the connector on that one sensor, but then I get a service message and the whole front array gets disabled. Thank you

@RamCares is it possible to request to fix the horn not honking when pressing the lock button on the key fob twice? Every week or so I have to go into the settings and change the setting to no honk, turn the truck off, turn it back on, change the setting to honk on first press, turn the truck off, turn it back on then change the setting back to 2 presses. I often have to park where I cannot see my truck, so having the ability to know that it's locked without having to see it is very useful.

I have EXACTLY this issue since day 1 with my 2022 EcoDiesel 1500 Limited. It’s frustrating how system settings like this honk setting bug keep getting forgotten or not correctly honored.

How you got that screen??? I only see MY22-XXXXX but I can't get the Android version.

This depends on which radio is installed in your Ram, but you can locate your software details by selecting Apps > All Apps > Settings > System Information on the touchscreen.

I believe the latest firmware is T25.51. Don't get confused between the old/outdated S revisions and the new T revisions.

EDIT: Wait, there's a T27.46 floating out there somewhere (my truck hasn't received that one yet).

I use this link and for my vin says I am up to date and i am on T25.48...... Those checkers are never up to date...it says the same for mine even though I have FCA-MY23.T27.46-PROD installed.

Is there still the issue that, when you remote start the car, the radio starts playing the music from the USB stick. I get in, press the start button and suddenly the radio goes to FM.

Don't know about that...never bothered to use a USB stick for music - I have thousands of songs on my phone. I remember there is a setting for how the radio starts somewhere in the settings, maybe that will make a difference.

We're happy to share that as of this morning (December 9th, 2021), TSB 08-180-21 was released as an informational bulletin regarding the latest Flash Over The Air (FOTA) software update. Uconnect sends Firmware-Over-The-Air (FOTA) updates to vehicles equipped with built-in cellular modems within range of U.S. or Canadian cellular networks, in an effort to add new features or fix bugs. For your convenience, we've included a snippet of the TSB and the symptoms/conditions that it intends to address, below. *Please note the applicable vehicle build dates and sales codes.

FOTA Tips

• Have access to good cellular coverage
• Enable a Key Off Power Off Delay in your Uconnect 5 system settings to allow the radio time to search the cloud for updates, once your ignition is cycled off
• Schedule your FOTA for the evening when you're less likely to be utilizing your vehicle and it's connected services.

After FOTA is Completed

• Wait about 40 minutes with their vehicle OFF (and with key fobs away from vehicle) to allow the radio to enter a "deep sleep" mode. This will mitigate the chances of any interruptions during the download process.
• App-Over-The-Air (AOTA) will trigger, which refreshes internal radio apps. As your radio syncs with the cloud during this AOTA update time, your connected services and apps may work intermittently, and may take up to 24-48 hours to return to full functionality.
  • Some of these services include your WiFi hotspot, remote demands through the Ram App, etc.
• You may have to re-pair your phones, reset your radio station presets, or delete & re-pair your Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connection

How do you know if have Uconnext 5? My truck is a 2020, but having update issues I can no longer use WiFi and ATT says my app version is out of date.
