  • Just bought a 2024 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. The truck has about 900 miles on it and noticed/ and measured that its sitting 1 inch lower on the drivers side than the passengers side. I have less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. It's very noticeable. Can I have help on why this is. It's never been off road. [email protected] is my email address. Thanks

You posted you email address in a "profile post" which is publicly visible.

Also, you may want to head over and join the sister site HDRAMS.COM, this is the 5th gen (1500) site and the HD forums were moved to a separate site several years ago.
Hello, new 2024 1500, 1m old, 2200 on it now, 5.7 ETorque, A S S never kicked in, always says "not ready" on the dash. No errors, no codes, any ideas?

RamCares doesn't care. I PM'd about my new 2023 Ram 1500 Limited being unusable at the dealer for 6 weeks (no loaner), an unworkable situation for me having a newborn at home. No response for over three weeks! As a first time RAM owner, Chrysler's customer service has been extremely poor. Case managers that don't respond beyond the first phone call. I can't get a hold of any US-based Chrysler employee who cares.

I was able to live chat with RamCares through the Mopar owners website when my truck was at the dealer. If you are just looking for an immediate response, might try that.

I'd like to buy the chrome inserts for 4 door handles and tailgate latch on my 21 ram crew cab. I can't find where you can just buy the inserts? I don't want to replace all the handles/ latch. It appears that those inserts are just stuck in handle with glue. Seems like you should be able to get those from the oem without buying the whole thing. Any help is appreciated.

I have a 2019 1500 rear window leak. Took it in to dealer , they claimed it was the third brake light seal, replaced it but no luck.......still leaks when heavy rain. What's the deal ?

Might be the back glass. My 19' Ram Rebel with less than 60k miles is currently having the same issue, dealership quoted me roughly $1,700 to replace the back glass and suggest I contact FCA, which denied my request to be covered or reimbursed. I did manage to have them escalate the issue for further evaluation but I am not confident it will be covered. @RamCares

I am also having to have both exhaust manifolds replaced due to cracks. Two years ago, the fuel injectors were all replaced due to issues. Why can't a manufacturer produce a decent quality truck. @RamCares
    Hello RamCares,

I am reaching out about an issue with my 2020 1500 Limited.

This problem started in January. The engine would shut off and the truck would go into park.

The problem resurfaced about 1 month ago. I would like to change the RF Module. The dealership is quoting $290 for the part and $1127 for the labor to replace it.

I opened another case with Ram.

    Case #: 883 744 29

The service advisor specifically said he had repaired other 5th gen rear cracked windows under warranty with less miles than mine, but coudln't pull up my VIN under the warranty. He suggested I reach out to RAM directly. Thank you!
I own a 2020 Ram 1500 which I bought used. I came across a thread on here discussing gas pumps shutting off prematurely because I am having the same problem. Is there a recall for this issue? It sounds like an expensive repair and I am out of warranty.

I too am having the same issue, and it takes forever at the pumps when I can actually get it to fill my tank. Mine is a 2021 Ram 1500.
Looking for information about rectifying the delamination of my leather dash, 2020 Ram 3500 longhorn, with 40000 miles on it. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you.
I have a 2022 and Have leaks in the back window on both sides is this covered under an extended warranty? TSB?
@RamCares how do we resolve the replacement app for UCONNECT not loading our information. MY MOPAR seems to work, but the new RAM app requires the VIN number and then reports the vehicle cannot be added and to call the listed number, which takes you to SIRIUS and they say it should work and to wait an hour for it to load. it seems like they are pushing you towards a paid subscription. thanks
Hi, is possible please update my Uconnect? Here is my VIN 1C6SRFHT0NN112153.

Sometimes Fronek, black screen and no memory “volume” setup.

    Thanks
Curious about any updates for the eco diesel Hpfp recall. Was told by the dealership that the parts were being shipped out on august 15. Is this true or are we being dragged along to keep us from buying something else?
I have a 2020 Laramie 1500 that just started having the rear window leak. Dealership has a glass specialist who said that the 3rd brake light was leaking and fixed that but said the entire rear window needs to be replaced ($1542). It has about 58k miles on it. With this known issue, is there any way to get this fixed without me having to pay $1500 to get it done? Thanks!

    Hi,
Recently there was a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB: 23-016-21 REV. A ) that appears to address concerns similar to the symptoms that you are having with your vehicle. To ensure this TSB applies, we would like to get you back into the dealer to have a qualified technician review the details of the TSB and specifics of your vehicle.

I had my rear window replaced with an aftermarket version that does not use plastic in the frame. I can't believe that Ram is not offering to fix all these trucks. Hopefully there will be a class action lawsuit and I can get reimbursed for the $900 I had to spend to fix this design flaw.
Same issue with 2022 Ram 1500 Unconnect/TomTom navigation system others are having. System reboots every 3 or 4 minutes. Did a "factory reboot" but no change. VIN: 1C6SRFHM4NN189620. Current Mileage is 20,000. Uconnect version Information Build number: FCA-MY23-T25.48-PROD. TomTom application version p is: TTNAV.T26.3.0, with a "Latest Installed Map Release Date: 05/07/2021.

The Dealer is Capital CDJR of Garner. The truck went to the dealer for electrical problems, airbag and shifter warnings. The dealer identified the back windows cracked frame because they thought water may have leaked into the electronic through the crack. "The window is not cracked" just the frame. I sense learned the water leak from the cracked windows frame did not create the electrical issue.

Purchased a 2019 Bighorn in July 2022 with 24K miles on it, immediately noticed that the nav volume is unbearably loud, it’s set to 1 and if I could make it quieter, I would. Same issue with incoming text messages and phone calls. Dealer couldn't figure it out and installed a new radio but still the same issue. Getting desperate for an answer, this is my first Ram, starting to wonder if it was a smart choice.

Looking for a fix on a 2019 Ram 1500. All indicator lights, wipers, and turn signals went on while driving at 40mph, along with power steering loss. Checked battery and wires at dealership, no issues found. Problem recurred, with dangerous shift to park. Similar issue discussed in various posts, any updates on a solution?
