In response to the audio questions, the equalizer/amplifier issues seem to be fixed. I did not have the TSB 08-123-18 performed (HK amplifier fix) so I am assuming that this update would have included that software fix. I have no way to verify that. Also, I have noticed that radio signal performance is improved. Distant FM stations that were full of static seem to be improved. Again, I can't verify because weather may play a role but the reception has been consistently better than pre-update.

Mine updated about a week ago (in Oklahoma) and the 3 things that most aggravated me were fixed. Nav being frozen for days, Bluetooth muting my phone or seizing completely, and the screen blacking out. The new Pandora stations are kinda cool and I’ll admit I’m using them exclusively now. I’ve heard the stereo supposedly sounds better, I can’t really tell but maybe. I do know that I’m back to loving my limited again after 7 months of torture.

It's just a profile you can create on XM, so different people can have different stations, etc.
You create on the main screen while listening on XM. Very easy.

@Neurobit ...OK...maybe I'm just being stupid here. I created a new listener profile and I see no Pandora icon to select anywhere. Called SXM and was told Pandora is only available on the 2020 and not 2019 which we all know isn't accurate. Should I not get a Pandora icon somewhere on my screen in my new listener profile set-up???

@securityguy - I haven’t tried doing this yet. I had assumed that it would work.
I do know about the profiles because I set one up a few months ago. I will try the instructions this evening and see if I can figure it out.

They must mean March of 2021 or 2022. This bull sh¡t of waiting for the update is sure getting old.
I didn't need to get to the step where I needed to create a new SiriusXM profile. The profile I had already entered worked. So that may be part of the issue.
The easiest way I think you can test it is by tapping the search button on the right side of the xm screen and speak an artist name, say Eric Church. Search results should come back with an Eric Church channel appearing on the top of the list. Tap that channel and then you should be streaming the Pandora channel. All you would need to do then is long press a preset channel at the top of the screen if you wanted to. save your channel. Let me know what issues you encounter if you follow these steps.
I asked why and I think they're going to try to get back to me about it. Since most of the people i've talked to are on 18.27.xx any have not received an update i assume its the older software version. I could run to the dealer and ask for an upgrade but i don't want to do that if it's not going to help. I will post more if i hear back.

Help what? I have 18.27.17 and as far as I can tell, no problems whatsoever. What type of problems are you having? Maybe I have problems and don’t know it?
I am on 18.27.17 as well, but I only have 2 issues. There are many others that other people are having here in this thread. My issues are:
My Nav doesn't work at all. When I go into the info page, it says no satellites and it shows me in some other state.
My SiriusXM is really flakey. Sometimes when I start my truck it is on the preview channel and says I have to subscribe. I also don't have the Pandora features that RAM and Sirius XM advertise.
Sorry to hear that, I definitely don’t have any of those problems. I assume you are saying you have the same 18.27.17 version.And I assume you have tried all the usual fixes, such as XM RESET, etc

This doesn't track. I doubt they have a clue on what's going on.
My truck is early production (March 2018), and I got an update five days ago to the latest version. I'm assuming it's a staggered deployment, so eventually you'll get it.
