Need some guidance here… I have the rain sensing wipers in my truck from factory so I think that means I may already have parts there but I really want auto high beams is that possible with just changing it in alfaobd? Is there anything else I can also just change in Alfaobd that would give me any other options? TIA

You should be able to enable auto high beams.

Yes, you can enable it in Alfa an it’ll work for you. No modifications necessary.

It worked, also put on my tailgate ajar. I also used JScan, much easier than alfaobd in my opinion

I did Auto Highbeam yesterday with jimmy help.

The only problem I had, was the Auto Highbeam did not show up in the uconnect for a couple cycles.
Jimmy suggested I cycle the radio on and off a couple times, and then it showed up.

Well I have it in my radio menu, when I flip the lever toward it says auto high beams enabled but they don’t come on at all. Anyone know if I missed something when making changes? I swapped out my auto dim mirror for the rearview mirror with the camera. That was plug and play but could that be an issue?

Not necessarily.
I enabled the auto high beams with my auto-dimming mirror and it worked, then later changed my rear view to the digital rear view and my auto high beams still worked without issue.

If you got that message, it worked. They can be a little sensitive to light so try a really dark road.

That setting is only if you have the DASM for FCW and adaptive cruise. You are using the mirror with camera for high beams, so try ecc_AHBM for that setting.

If your truck came factory equipped with FCW but not ACC, you need the following: (see attached file for additional information).

Can you point me into the right direction of finding which center stack do I need for my 2022 Laramie with 8.5 U5 unit if I don't want to upgrade to the 12" one. I want to do the price comparison. Also, shine some light if you can. If I don't want to add AAC but only Lane Keep, give that my truck has FCW and Rain sensing wipers already.

Is it an 8.4” radio with navigation? If you post a pic of your current 8.4 center stack, I can tell you which one you need for LKA.
