Then open the big pull down window. Then choose car configuration change. Then select option open that window

Engine on and off 5 times still nothing
In AlfaOBD, switch to advanced mode. For “device” select display screen module powernet. For “modification” select RU Pacifica. Click connect. Does it connect, or does it go through three CAN attempts and fail?

If I go to here for the code but they don’t have dodge or ram as an option? Any ideas
Select these values, then whatever part number your radio module is-

May be a stupid question but how do I find part number?
In AlfaOBD, instead of selecting body computer to connect to, select radio navigator module 2017. Connect to it, and select the faults and status log tab. Select read system ID, and that will reveal the radio module part number.
Trust me, you’ll choose the 8.4 UAX selection pictured.
