Had anyone successfully pulled a build sheet recently? The tracker says by truck was built on 1/15 but when I try to use the build sheet link it still says Ooop unsupported VIN. Maybe it just needs a few more days?

I had the same issue, and mine said it was built 1/09. I took the advice of someone else on this forum and used the chat for that tool. Followed the prompts through "Stella" and chatted with a real person. They emailed my build sheet to me before the chat was done. Good luck!

I saw that and tried chat myself but they were also unable to get the build sheet. Tried using my current vin and it worked fine so seems the problem is just my lack of patience! The ram tracker is so random it is hard to put any faith in it.

They’re not available anymore at all starting for 2025’s.

Less than 24 hours after taking delivery, and 9 months of waiting, my truck is dead. Dealership even put a new battery in it yesterday before I took it.

Well I guess that explains it! That is unfortunate as it was a nice way to reference and confirm actual equipment. Will be interesting tonsee how long until my window sticker is available I guess. Thanks for solving the mystery!

Not available as in no.longer generated by Stellantis at all or just not avail using the equipment listing link - i.e. the dealer or ram care can perhaps send it to me?

After my 25 was built and released by the plant (KZ), I chatted online and they emailed me a build sheet.

The equipment listing is no longer available via that link. The parts department can still get you the actual build sheet, but not sure how long after the truck is built it becomes available.

Status updated today to shipped - 30 days from order to shipped with an estimated delivery of Feb 6th.

Good to see this time line....I waited almost 1 year from my first order. Now it is down to 30 days (with 2 holidays).

I hope this does the trick. If they put a new battery in before they delivered it (which kinda makes me wonder why they did it at that point), it doesn't give a lot of hope that a second new battery is going to fix root cause. You're not the first with this issue, and I'm hoping to get my truck in a few weeks, so I'm following. Really do hope it's fixed.

Got my truck tonight - for a number of reasons I will be going back to sign on Friday but the dealer let me take it home until then as a loaner. Order placed 12/18/24 and arrived at the dealer 1/28/25. Will try and post some better pictures once I get the chance!

Mine has been in the shop to get the front bumper repaired due to shipping damage. Hopefully get it back this Saturday.

Did you have to file a claim with the shipper, or use your own insurance?

Neither. The dealer just handled it. Super easy. However, it is taking a while to get the parts for the stuff damaged behind the bumper.
