I just don’t get how some trucks are just about flying thru the process and others are taking forever. I know a few years from now this will seem like a relatively short time, but it’s left a bad taste in my mouth.

I doubt if we will ever find out why most of our orders have/is taking so long, but i can tell you this much. It will only be a few days after you finally get it that that will all be forgotten. ( mostly )

I am on that same rail car to Texas and then onto MD....fingers crossed they upload and deliver to MD quickly.
okay guys. I know you guys were tired of me whining about not having my truck. lol. After a 10 month wait, she is finally here. I'm happy to report, as expected by those already driving their truck, I'm glad I waited for it.

I didn't get a lot of time today to spend with the truck but here are my first impressions:
Unbelievable:
I'm an audiophile. I have a burmeister in my Porsche, and Bower & Wilkins in my wife's BMW. Its better than the BMW and almost as good as the Burmeister. Needless to say, I'm impressed to say the least. The clarity and soundstage are extremely well executed. The bass in the truck is clean, powerful, and more than enough to satisfy a guy who grew up on Beastie Boys, MC ADE, and other heavy bass bands. Listen to 1994 Live Eagles Hotel California on it. Great sounding track.
For the guys with the Limited trim with the HK, I had a 2019 with the HK and it is far superior to the systems in the Ford and GM products and I've always been very happy with the system and I'm sure you will be too.
However, if you are an audiophile, and are evening thinking about the Tungsten, you owe it to yourself to hear this. Not to say everyone will feel the same way but to me, personally, this stereo upgrade was worth the extra money for the Tungsten trim.
Great:
The ride is amazing. Coming from a 2019 Longhorn with airride, I expected similar ride quality. FAR superior ride quality. I would expect the same ride from a limited.
The engine is extremely smooth and quiet. Power is extreme. It doesn't need this much horsepower...but I'm glad it has it! I'm actually happy with the quiet engine note.
Good:
Got the offroad package. I like the Faulken tires that it came with. They are a nice balance between grip and comfort. I've read a few reviews on these tires and they are surprisingly good for what they are.
I was pleasantly surprised that the "light" interior seat color was more of a gray than a white. It makes me feel better that possibly won't stain/show dirt as bad as I was expecting. Dealership offered a ceramic protection package that include a stain/tear warranty for my truck. I got it for sure. Was also worried about the "Indigo" seat color. Its blue but almost black. Actually really looks good. Trying to figure out whether to go gray or black with the weathertech floor mats. Can't find anything to match the interior floor color as expected.
Meh:
Android Auto is not full screen. I knew this already but it sure would be nice to use all of the real estate on the screen.
Spotify not working on my android auto for some reason. I'll have to figure this one out.
Still no "walk away" lock feature.
Issues:
My MFT tailgate not functioning. Dealership will address next week.
Rambox alignment is not that great. Need some adjustment as the bottom lip is sticking out beyond the body panels.
Overall, happy with the truck. I'll post some pictures tomorrow when I can take some in the daylight.

Got the Spotify Problem fixed. If you downloaded the App from anywhere other than the Google Play store, it won't show up in Android Auto. Samsung phone came with it installed from Samsung store. Uninstalled and reinstalled from the Google Play store and all working now.okay guys. I know you guys were tired of me whining about not having my truck. lol. RAM VON keeps moving my EDD up...first it was 2.12 then 1.15 and now 1.07...AB says aggressive chance it might make it to MD by EOY.

That's awesome news! I kinda hope that once mine makes it out of the body vendor maybe it'll pick up steam, but for now, no movement. Reading all the "reviews" of all the guys here has me jonesing for my truck!!

And for those who are not a big audiophile...RAM uses the XM DVR feature in their trucks...it saves 30 minutes per preset. Huge for when you are in the truck for an extended time you can search/go back 30 minutes on any XM preset you have to listen to your favorite song or better music.okay guys. This feature won my wife over in Gen 4 and now she drives my RAM more than I do. She ended up picking out my 2020 Limited with the HK 19 speaker system.

Truck off train sitting, awaiting the car hauler to deliver to MD....
Got the call this afternoon that mine was delivered to MD earlier today. It seems the rebates are larger today than when I ordered the truck. It’s like Christmas all over again.

The Tungsten that i ordered Feb. 26th finally made it to the dealer yesterday. 7 weeks after i found one like my order 2 hours from where i live. If someone from my county buys it i might actually see another Tungsten out in the wild. Haven't seen any besides mine yet.

MD is delivering my truck tomorrow (free delivery by the way). One of the rims was scratched up when they received it and they are simply going to replace it with a new rim they had in stock. Everything went exactly as expected. No issues with the finance or arranging the shipment. I will be buying future vehicles from them. You don’t get the instant gratification of going to a lot and driving one home, but you also don’t get the hassle of haggling with a dealer, feeling screwed over, and ultimately paying more. You also get exactly what you want.

Ram tracker updated today and shows my order was built on Wednesday 1/15. Still am unable to generate a build sheet or window sticker but hoping this means it will ship soon. Even though I've ordered before I just can't stop myself from getting a bit obsessive tracking progress. I tries ram chat but they also seem worthless and cannot provide a build sheet yet. Guess I just need patience!
