Ah yes - I couldn't see your signature block on my phone. I see it now. The 3.6L might be part of it.Maybe it's because I picked the v6 on the large volume mover Big Horn? I was worried the Ramboxes would slow it down too.

I'm just a bit concerned about that, but nothing I can do at this point. I've been driving a 3500 with the "moose mirrors." They're big, but they stick out a little further and probably don't create quite the same blind spot. I really like the larger real estate of the mirrors them selves, including the convex - so hoping the tow mirrors on this truck are easy to get used to.Those mirrors are big! Definitely an adjustment. The passenger side blind spot created by them is real and requires some attention, but I’m sure I’ll adjust and get used to it.
Nice… Is your birthday the 10th or 11th? Mine was the 10th… Happy Bday.. Great giftThanks everyone for the birthday wishes. It seemed to work, as I took possession of the Tungsten last night. I'll get some pics today at lunch and post them for you all. Deal went smooth, ended up with $14K off MSRP. Didn't get quite what I wanted for my trade, but it's a balancing act. Overall, I'm happy with the deal.
Initial impressions, incredible truck.
I haven't had any issues yet. We'll see in a couple of weeks if I adjust to it. I also have the dealership checking on the the regular mirrors and if they are plug and play. If so, I may swap them out. Unsure if I'd keep the tow mirrors and swap as needed for big trips or sell them. I really don't see any need for the tow mirrors on this truck, but as you said, I ordered that way and was stuck.I'm just a bit concerned about that, but nothing I can do at this point. Keep us posted on what you find out. Might be nice to have options. I honestly only tow occasionally, but I think the standard mirrors would work fine, too.I haven't had any issues yet. Congrats! Beautiful truck! Those mirrors are big! Definitely an adjustment. The passenger side blind spot created by them is real and requires some attention, but I’m sure I’ll adjust and get used to it.

Congrats. I'm sure you would like to get an owners manual for it. Just got my mine from Ram today via UPS. It was on back order. Give RAM/Mopar a call 1 800 399 2668 and request one. I've had my truck for a litle over a month now and my only complaint is my wife wants to drive it all the time now instead of her GC Summit. The eagle has landed.
