2025 Ram 1500 Order Updates
Has anyone run into an issue with taking delivery, finding out that the air ride system is malfunctioning prior to picking up their Ram, and then waiting on a module to repair it? That’s what I’m going through with my Tungsten. It was delivered to dealer today and now we’re waiting for regional service manager to give an ETA on this part. Just when I thought the wait from my April order was almost over…
well you're not having any fun at all
This is not good news. My 2014 spent the better part of year in total at the dealership with air ride issues. Parts shortages, lack of the right techs at dealership, and just not being able to fix it. It was beyond frustrating. Never got a loaner either.
I thought Gen5 redesigned and fixed the issues.
Luckily I haven’t bought it yet. That was supposed to be today but I postponed. Bummer. And I’ll bet you’re right about the part. Could be months. Doubt it will be days.

Trying to order a limited Graphite with rambox and night package but dealer says it won’t let them order. Any idea why?

Same.. 2015. But it was about 2 months.
Hoping Gen 5s don’t have the issue.. my wife’s GC Overland was delayed in us picking up because of air ride issues in the rear. Been fine since we took delivery, but I have a love/hate with the air ride. Love it when it works.. but it’s caused my wife and I to have a 3rd toy/pleasure vehicle, just in case…
Welcome! They are not building Forged Blue or Graphite for Limited or the Tungstens, or any lower trim with any package that has painted trim (i.e., Sport, Night, etc). Why?.... is anyone's guess.
I missed when they changed "Steel Storm" to Granite Crystal. Does anyone know the paint code for the new build? Steel Storm was PAS, which is Baltic Grey on the Jeeps. Nowhere near the PAU that was for Granite Crystal. I'd be interested in the Granite myself if it ever comes available.
Granite Crystal Metallic is not available yet on Limiteds, and some other items.
It was a late-release color this year and normally that will result in a delayed opening of an body-color components that aren't the main body parts.
(bumpers, ramboxes, multi tailgate, mirrors, grille surrounds,e tc)
Yeah the no granite on Ramboxes made me a little sad. I silvered my truck and it'll look great still, but Im a little sad. I'll be ok though I think.

The cheetoh fingers of the fat man in his moms basement have apparently found their way off of porn hub and back to the ram tracker site to do some work. My order updated overnight from in production to built! While I still can't seem to pull a build sheet or window sticker, that's at least progress.

Funny how there is zero movement and then it seems it goes fast.
Tracker updated today to show truck was built Nov 20. Still reflects not shipped. Poking around the internet and I find my truck listed on the dealers website(confirmed by VIN) but with no pictures(so it's at least designated for them). Contacted my salesman to see if he could get me an update, he tells me it left the North Jefferson Assembly plant via train today and it's next stop will be just outside of Omaha for unloaded/transfer to the dealership. They have no idea how long that train trip can take, but my keyboard warrior skills have helped me learn that the train trip from there to here is about 24hours not counting any stops along the way. I'm hopeful for next week as a taking delivery date. Hopefully with no issues.

Ok. So your saying at some point it should be available? My 14 and 19 were silver so I would like to switch it up a bit.
Well gents. Picked it up today. I’m a snow storm of course. Why not after waiting since July 1st. I have to pick it up in 10-12” of snow. Runs great. Here’s some pics. I didn’t get any of inside since the ****ty weather. Still waiting for the cap. Tonneau cover for now. Going back in garage now. lol.

Looks great! It's a little different, and in a good way. That'll be nice when the storm is gone and you get some sun. I think I'm just a little north of you, across the border in NY. We got about a foot here. Power out all around us.
Getting front windows tinted tomorrow. Haven’t had the dogs in it yet. They are still mad no topper yet. lol. The snow really screwed up bird hunting. Killed the cover. Flattened everything with this very wet snow. I haven’t seen snow this wet in a very long time. Knocked over everything. Crazy.
