2025 Ram 1500 Order Updates

Built 10/23, Shipped 10/24, Window sticker 10/27, on train located in Minnesota on 10/31/24 heading to Portland Oregon.

Update on rebel X order. Received windows sticker as well.

First rebel x window sticker that I have seen. Mine is still showing in production since 09/20/2024 and estimated deliver of 12/4/24 but it has been the same since 09/21 with no updates, etc. My dealer is no help at all. I also ordered on 4/30/24 about 2 months before you. This at least gives me hope that it may actually show up.

Had a text chat with Customer Care this morning. Rep said I’m in E - Status. However, the tracker still just says Scheduled : October 10th. Haven’t had any updates since the 10th. But maybe this is good news that I’m in E. Which I believe is Framing. Progress.

Hello guys.

I'm new to the forum. I ordered a Tungsten from MD last week. This is after walking away from an F150 Platinum order that took 6 months to get built (that was expected), but then sat (and continues to sit) in one of Ford's parking lots awaiting shipment. It has sat there for almost 3 months now. I'm hoping my Ram experience is a little different.

Anyway, I had been eyeing the Tungsten and going back and forth on whether to buy the Ram or the F150. but ended up going with the Ford because I've had fords since the mid-90's (change is hard). But in the back of my mind I continued to have that thought that I made the wrong decision. Well Ford's incompetence in getting my platinum shipped has given me the opportunity to buy the truck I should have ordered in the first place.

You are correct. It’s the first rebel X window sticker that I’ve seen. I’ve been looking for a while. I’m glad the first one I saw was my own. Let’s hope it actually ships soon.

Mine went from e to kz in 2 weeks. That’s better than I expected. Once it hits the line(E) it should be built in a matter of days. I expected the inspection to take a lot longer. Figured that would be the bottle neck as they inspect it and then have to fix anything they find. Regardless, the tracker is obviously not updating. lol.

I’ll continue to post my experience so we can all have a wag at what to expect.

Nice… Definitely appreciate everyone sharing their experience. Hopefully that means that they’ve worked the kinks out and now have a smoother process.

On the Ramtrucks site scroll down to “contact us”. Then in the bottom right corner there should be a chat icon. It will start with everyone’s friend Stella. lol. Hit the “Other” option when it comes up. Then you can type “Advocate” and they will connect you to one. Be sure to ask them for your specific status code. Otherwise they will just tell you what you already see on the screen in the tracker.

I tried this twice this week and in both chats The advocate said that they do not have access to the actual status codes. In fact, the last time I spoke with an advocate, he said that there is an issue with my truck because it's been listed as in production for a very long time. He couldn't see that it was in JS status

Interesting. I think it depends on who you get. Because I got one person last week that told me what I already could see. Then the 2nd one gave me the code.

And no, unfortunately I'm in storage - JS status. Unsure why. It could be waiting on a railcar, but more likely there is something that needs to be resolved before they ship it since the tracker still shows as "being built".

My Tungsten sat built from 10/02 until 10/31 before it showed as shipped and now a window sticker available.
