I had the same problem, but a Uconnect update fixed it. Ask your dealer to look up your VIN to see if there is an update available for your system.

I have a Laramie with the bench seat - needed it for our family of 6. Personally I love it. The arm rest is super comfy when I'm not hauling 6 and there's plenty of storage under the arm rest and under the seat bottom.

Retrax has been okay in the rain. Definitely leaks a bit, especially around the tailgate. I live in SoCal, so not that big of a deal to me. And with a BedRug, most of the water that leaks in drains underneath the rug. The stuff on the rug stays dry.
