  • Looking for information about rectifying the delamination of my leather dash, 2020 Ram 3500 longhorn, with 40000 miles on it. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you.
I have a 2022 and Have leaks in the back window on both sides is this covered under an extended warranty? TSB?
@RamCares how do we resolve the replacement app for UCONNECT not loading our information. MY MOPAR seems to work, but the new RAM app requires the VIN number and then reports the vehicle cannot be added and to call the listed number, which takes you to SIRIUS and they say it should work and to wait an hour for it to load. it seems like they are pushing you towards a paid subscription. thanks
Hi, is possible please update my Uconnect? Here is my VIN 1C6SRFHT0NN112153.

Sometimes Fronek, black screen and no memory “volume” setup.

    Thanks
Curious about any updates for the eco diesel Hpfp recall. Was told by the dealership that the parts were being shipped out on august 15. Is this true or are we being dragged along to keep us from buying something else?
I have a 2020 Laramie 1500 that just started having the rear window leak. Dealership has a glass specialist who said that the 3rd brake light was leaking and fixed that but said the entire rear window needs to be replaced ($1542). It has about 58k miles on it. With this known issue, is there any way to get this fixed without me having to pay $1500 to get it done? Thanks!

    Hi,
Recently there was a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB: 23-016-21 REV. A ) that appears to address concerns similar to the symptoms that you are having with your vehicle. To ensure this TSB applies, we would like to get you back into the dealer to have a qualified technician review the details of the TSB and specifics of your vehicle.

Had the same issue with my rebel, used silicone around window frame. So far so good!

I had my rear window replaced with an aftermarket version that does not use plastic in the frame. I can't believe that Ram is not offering to fix all these trucks. Hopefully there will be a class action lawsuit and I can get reimbursed for the $900 I had to spend to fix this design flaw.
Same issue with 2022 Ram 1500 Unconnect/TomTom navigation system others are having. System reboots every 3 or 4 minutes. Did a "factory reboot" but no change. VIN: 1C6SRFHM4NN189620. I had cracked exhaust manifolds at 48k and was covered under the power train warranty.

The Dealer is Capital CDJR of Garner. The truck went to the dealer for electrical problems, airbag and shifter warnings. The dealer identified the back windows cracked frame because they thought water may have leaked into the electronic through the crack. "The window is not cracked" just the frame. I sense learned the water leak from the cracked windows frame did not create the electrical issue.

Purchased a 2019 Bighorn in July 2022 with 24K miles on it, immediately noticed that the nav volume is unbearably loud, it’s set to 1 and if I could make it quieter, I would. Same issue with incoming text messages and phone calls. Dealer couldn't figure it out and installed a new radio but still the same issue. Getting desperate for an answer, this is my first Ram, starting to wonder if it was a smart choice.

Looking for a fix on a 2019 Ram 1500. All indicator lights, wipers, and turn signals went on while driving at 40mph, along with power steering loss. Checked battery and wires at dealership, no issues found. Problem recurred, with dangerous shift to park. Similar issue discussed in various posts, any updates on a solution? Hi Callie, I've brought it to the dealer several times for this issue and they haven't been able to figure out what the cause is. It only happens when you're taking sharp turns. Can't be reproduced when it's not moving or on a lift.

And to reply to Slippy's Dad, you're listening for the wrong noise. At the very start of the video, you can hear a low-pitched groaning/creaking noise. And it's reproduced with almost every turn. Turn the volume up if you can't hear it.

I would also point out that the @RamCares team operates here and on many forums as a courtesy to members and the official contact method is through the number given. Too many assume this forum (and others) are official channels and they are not.
Is Dodge addressing the fueling problems with the Rams? My dealer has 3 trucks in the shop and seams to not have direction. Replaced the filler tube on mine, still won't take fuel.

2020 Ram 1500, the rear window just started to leak and the leak is heavy, found the common frame cracks on the rear window. I am out of factory warranty 63K, is there any chance i would be able to receive some help with the window replacement?

I'm having this same issue on my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie that I purchased used in Jan 2022 with ~20K miles (now has 32.5K miles). I'm outside of my 3month/3,000 miles comprehensive warranty. In 1yr I've had multiple issues with this truck. I've started a conv. with you hoping that you can help me get this covered, because my dealer wants me to pay $1,300 out-of-pocket to fix what is clearly a defect

I am having the same issue. Have 125k warranty and dealer says won’t cover. This is a defect and should be covered by Ram not the consumer. 47k miles and 2 hours on phone and no response. Please help!
2022 ram, bubbles in paint on roof . Repainted roof still has bubbles / dust in paint / overspray paint lines after the tape was removed I want to contact RAM to see if they will do anything about it a brand new truck with bad paint is not acceptable ( how do I know if the rest paintjob is good when the roof is already peeling off. The original bubbles were much bigger than the ones included with the repaint.

I have had this 2019 RAM where the grille mounted air shutters seem to deploy at a variety of temperatures when below 35 MPH in traffic bringing the coolant temperature up from 204 deg F to 224 to 228 deg F. I don’t understand if these high, too high, of temperature is warranted by design or mechanical failure. I have been trying to find out what the design parameters are but no one including FCA US LLC can tell me.

I own a 2020 1500 Laramie Sport. I have had the rear glass replaced due to cracked and leaking frame, when I am still having the same issue. I currently have 43k on the clock. Is this something that can be fixed since I am outside the manufacturers warranty? Thanks.

I sent you one also. I have a 2019 Ram Rebel with 20k miles and my back glass is leaking. The dealership is telling me that my extended warranty will not cover this issue.
