  • I own a 2020 1500 Laramie Sport. I have had the rear glass replaced due to cracked and leaking frame, when I am still having the same issue. I currently have 43k on the clock. Is this something that can be fixed since I am outside the manufacturers warranty? Thanks.

    I sent you one also. I have a 2019 Ram Rebel with 20k miles and my back glass is leaking. The dealership is telling me that my extended warranty will not cover this issue.

    Purchased a used 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn from Capital CJD in Garner North Carolina in August of last year. I noticed last week the leather dash material is separating from the dash. I do have an extended warranty on the vehicle. I took it to the dealership I bought it from and they said it was not covered. The truck is still at the dealership.

    2019 longhorn with 19k miles. Dash bubbled all over. Truck never sits in sunlight or outside to speak of besides while driving. Have a case number, been to dealer for them to submit pics but still no response 2 months later. Out of warranty due to time. Anyone else dealing with this? 5 rams so far but highly doubting a 6th...

    I have a 2019 Ram bighorn 1500 that has several issues. First is the infamous cracked back window frame that is leaking. I also have a loud whistle noise coming from windshield or dashboard while driving. Lastly the car play feature on my radio stopped working. Dealership charged me to update which didn’t work and now ordered a replacement radio to install.
    I own a 2019 1500 Big Horn, and I’ve encountered my second rear window leak. I had the first fix and noticed the second leak about 6 weeks ago and immediately took it into my dealer. After the fix we had a rainstorm and the leak was worse than when I brought it in and damaged my headliner. My dealer is claiming the headliner will not be under warranty even though the fix was clearly not done correctly.
    I have a 2019 Ram 1500 with the back window leak. The trim is cracked in 3 pieces as are many other angry customers. The service rep stated that since there is no history of the repair , no previous attempts at having the window fixed, no Ram loyalty to brand (which we have only ever owned Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler vehicles and makes no sense) they can not help with the issue. What can I do to get this window fixed?

    There is only 34000 miles on the vehicle. I have contacted both Ram customer service and Ram complaint department with no help.
    I have a 2019 Ram 1500 and the chrome piece covering the sensors on the driver's side door handle fell off while I was driving. I noticed it when I parked. The dealership says that I have to replace the entire door handle and that it's not covered under the extended warranty 8/75 maximum care that I purchased through the dealership. They want several hundred dollars to replace it.

    I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie and I started hearing a humming sound coming from the rear end. Took the truck in and they said they needed to change the ring and pinion gear. The dealership cannot get the part and they have had my truck since March 15.

    Back window leak. Dealer fixed but not interior ceiling staining.
    Hard gear shift when slowing down to stop. Yesterday for had "Shift to P..." while engine/lights sounded & felt like in process of shutting off, then thankfully returned to full power. While turning from busy street into driveway.
    2020 1500 BigHorn ~36k purchased new from dealer, extended 80k warranty.

    I have the same issue as others with a cracked rear window frame and leaking water badly. Dodge and ASC refuse to cover this known issue. 2019 RAM Bighorn, 60k miles. Any help?

    2021 ram 1500 5.7 etorque limited longhorn. From dead stop at stop sign, made left turn, truck quit mid turn all lights on dash auto set brake and shifted to park and returned start switch to stop. restarted fine with no warning lights. 14k miles, drop it off to dealer for two days and the could not duplicate. this issue is a major safety issue. please recall or repurchase.     Ramcares, I had my 2022 ram 1500 limited about 1 month. It only has 300 miles. I have noticed my digital rearview mirror stopped working on day one. An message on my dashboard said digital rearview mirror unavailable, service required. Went to the dealer, they checked the wire connection and said everything work as intended. No fix at all. But the mirror sleep blank and reboot itself while driving.
    RamCares, I'm new to Ram. I've had my 2020 Ram 1500 BigHorn a year. It has less than 16k miles on it. Recently I've noticed a rear end rattle that I can't quite pin down. Left rear shock feels like it could be loose but I'm not sure. I didn't find anything else out of place while under the truck. I tried to get an appointment at my local Ram dealer but the best they could offer was end of March.

    A couple of things going on with my 2021 Rebel.
    -3 times the media (music) portion of the touch screen has just locked up and nothing will play. The next morning when I started my truck all was fine.
    -2 days ago it said that the fob was unavailable . I tried a variety of things to no avail . I pulled the emergency key out of the fob and all of a sudden the truck 'found' the fob and started.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks for getting back to me on the rear window leak issue the dealer is taking it in on 12/27 for a rear window replacement and hopefully thats the end of it
    Hi There,

    I have unfortunately had a bad service event with a dealer in CO, my oil filter was not tightened properly during an oil change and over 2 quarts of oil leaked while driving, and I have been reaching out to their service manager to discuss the issue and they have not returned any of my calls. Is there any way I can get your assistance?
