What did you do to your Ram today???

I had a local mechanic install a Carven Cat back system the other day. Sounds awesome but the tips are not centered in the cut outs. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any ideas how to get this corrected?
The Magnaflow cat back system tends to be out of alignment with bumper cutouts. Several of us used small- medium stainless steel screw hose clamps on the steel hanger rod to hold the rubber block on hanger biased in direction needed. Just use big set of slip joint pliers (water pump pliers often called) to shove rubber block in needed direction and add clamp to hold it and tighten up. Takes all of 5 minutes.

I had a muffler shop put the torch to mine to get it centered.

Finally stopped raining long enough to install the Truxedo LoPro. Got it from Luke at truck alterations. Was super easy to install and it looks good. Next up Bedrug bed mat once I can clean the bed out well enough to get a good stick. Patiently waiting for side steps to come off back order.

How much? Let me know how it does when that rain comes back.

Known issue.. in fact Carven has discontinued their cat back for the 2019 Ram 1500. Someone else posted on here that they had to weld some spacers onto one of the hangars to get them centered properly.

Oh wow that's good to know. I'm glad I waited to purchase an exhaust.

$375 shipped. Will do it’s supposed to rain again Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday so that should be a good test. At least it’s not snow.

Where do you live? I forget how long it keeps snowing in some places. I live in South Florida. We have 2 seasons.....Hot and Snowbird.

I know I should wait for the pics, but being the impatient SOB I am... Which Fuel wheels did you go with? :D
Sorry for the late intentional reply, here they are. However, I was unable to install the bed step with those 5" Magnaflow exhaust tips.

I’m in the Boston area but grew up in central Florida. The winters here are long and gloomy but 5 months out of the year it’s gorgeous.

Wow! Your truck looks amazing! I have a white BigHorn and plan to lift it and add some Fuel wheels.

2019 Ram 1500 BigHorn

Thank you...appreciate it! Do it, you'll love it. I'm used to driving a lifted truck with bigger tires and I just couldn't drive the factory "low-rider" without lifting it...once I got it done it was love at first sight lol

Installed the Husky Gearbox. Fits well and gives a bit more storage space than the factory "bin".
Husky Liners 09411 $173 on Amazon

Just got the truck back after weeks at the dealer. Had a new Usb hub installed to fix glitchy CarPlay. Also had a module replaced to fix random braking with rear brake assist. Too soon to tell whether everything will be resolved. Dealer was cool about it all though. They also recently did the two recalls and an oil change.

Now it’s back to finishing the stereo and muffler!

Doing a tire rotation today.

I see your in NJ - what dealer do you use. My service department that just fixed the problems on my car is horrible and I am going to find a new one for the next time I need to go.

how do you access the ram bins under the floor mat? the Gearbox does not look as though it pivots to get to the bins. then again you may not use them.
