I didn’t figure it would. I sorry and I know your pain it sucks! Good luck!
My Ram Care case manager has tossed me off to a while new process with Stellantis or something like that (Use to be FCA). I’ve called them a few times and left messages in a general voicemail box. And now filed online as well. I’m not driving my truck anymore, it’s unsafe. Still have to pay for it though. Purchasing my dream truck as been a nightmare, it’s messing up purchasing my wife a wrangler (was supposed to sign this week), now that’s on hold because I don’t know what’s going to happen with my truck and payments. My youngest son who was getting our old grand Cherokee now that he has his Lic. Is going to have to wait as well. The whole thing just totally sucks. And it’s far from over I feel...

My son works for them and the only reason that I purchased a Ram. Unfortunately for me My F250 was tboned by some woman texting and the truck was written off. . My brother worked in Ford Mngmt. and I could have a bought the Platinum Ford compared to the Ram Limited. He has a Ford and I have been in it at least 20 times without the annoying vibration and he hasn't changed his rims or tires lmao. I really like the Ram for everything except the vibration . It has every option that I wanted and it is a great looking truck.

It will keep repeating itself until you go lemon law. Ram brought my truck back 3 times for 28 days in the shop from Oct thru January, but did nothing. i learned thru arbitration that Ram did no warranty work after Sept. 3. They cut me off 26 days after purchase, and tried to convince me I did not feel what I felt. This will last as long as you allow it to...

I’ve got almost 20k miles on my truck so far and actually the vibrations have almost disappeared. I’m starting to wonder if maybe it was the brake rotors and now with some miles on them they’ve worn down the imbalances. Maybe.

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic SLT 4wd Crew Cab. I have lifted it 4 inches in front and 2 inches in back. I have bought Xtreme Force Raptor 20x10 -25 rims and put them on Kenda Klever R/T 33X12.50R20 (Load F) tires. I used a Ready Lift kit that came with upper control arms and shocks for the front and rear. So the upper control arms are new and the shocks for the front and back. I have had an alignment twice and balance by two different shops. My truck shakes at 35-45 and at the 55 to 75 range. No one can seem to figure out what the problem is. Does anyone here have any ideas?

My best advice would be to grab the beverage of your choice and sit down to read this entire thread. Nobody has found a fix and the only success stories are those of us who have gone thru lemon law. Your mods may exclude you from lemon option. I would make sure truck is rolling right before making any mods.

Mines going in on the ninth to get looked at. I’m not hopeful they are going to find the issue. I did however notice that all the sport trucks on the lot do not have my wheels which makes me think they possibly discontinued my wheels because that was causing issues. I know someone on here had my wheels and that was the cause.

I had the wheels with the inserts on my 19 sport, that went under lemon law. I was told and shown by a well know tire shop that at least 2 of the wheels were warped very bad and was told they would never hold balance. Three dealers and a ram specialist refused to replace the wheels, so they bought it back🤷🏻‍♂️! I’m not so sure that was the only issue, but definitely didn’t help. Mine was so bad, I had to adjust my side mirrors every week as they were pointing towards the ground. So I ordered my 2021 with the other wheels, so far so good! Good luck, they don’t have a clue on a fix, if they do, they are not telling!

I didnt just suggest it..i said it plain as day.
And I will say it again I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FCA PRODUCT.
not only was the vehicle defective i was denied service on a brand new vehicle under warranty at multiple dealerships with owners unwilling to at least try to diagnose my issue of which one was a tail light that was out..all it needed was a bulb.
On another occasion I had the brake squeal that multiple people have had and was refused a ride along to prove it. I have had the worst experience in my entire life owning and driving this vehicle that I paid 63 thousand dollars for. To me my experience is completely unacceptable, if you have had a good experience with your vehicle then great..good for you..im happy for you, but for myself and many, many, many, others our experience has been shameful to say the least. And im am positive those others will back me up on this.
Im starting to feel this exact same way. My tundra never had any issues like this. Now my passengers are even saying something about the vibration so i knew i wasnt crasy

I drop off my truck at the dealership for repurchasing under the FL lemon law. Really hate to see it go, as it should have been the best truck I ever owned. The truck’s vibration caused the buyback, but FCA’s absolute refusal to give a crap about is customers is why I am not replacing with another Ram. I hope you all have a better outcome.

I looked at other trucks, still went with a 2021 ram, hope I don’t have the same issue again. I felt the same way, they don’t care about customers. Good luck with whatever you get👍🏻

Has anyone tried swapping wheels and tires to see if that fixes it? It seems like this is a rim/tire issue. Granted the dealer should do it but they won’t. I took mine in they said two wheels out of balance by an ounce. Took back from them and still has a vibration/shake it is not as bad but still there.

give it a few hundred miles, wobble, wobble, wobble. I asked 5-6 Time’s they kept saying not my issues and they would not replace rims and or tire’s! I said I’m not paying to replace either on a 8 month old truck with 7900 miles on it, not my problem! You fix it or buy it back. There is no fix, they. Bought it back🤷🏻‍♂️ Good luck!

Mine doesn’t wobble really. Just has a shake/vibration at 55-70 mph

Well my arbitration failed, just got the email. I feel it was a waste of my time. And now I am starting the lemon law process. I haven’t driven my truck sense I started that process, because it’s unsafe. I’ll post once I see how that goes. Biggest waste of 70k. I left Chevy for the ride quality, the smooth ride. I got a bad truck and they won’t stand by it.

After almost a year of BS. Trying to work with Ram cares, being tossed off to arbitration FCA, they denied my request for a replacement. I talked with a lemon law lawyer this morning and filed a case. He said it’s common that manufacturers delay and delay trying to get customers to give up, and extend them past the 1 year mark which makes a huge difference with the lemon law in my state. I wish I didn’t try to see the good in people, and work with Ram cares and the arbitration process with fca. He said without a lawyer that just stack the case against you and hope you give up. Well I’m not giving up. Anyone who reads this, just go lemon law, don’t bother with the smoke and mirrors and the allusion of helping, it’s only a trick to delay and move the case in their favor.

Which arbitration did you choose? One person , in person or 3 member panel?
