New tires/rims fixes the vibration issue for some, and some it doesn't.

I know my 19 that was bought back had bad rims, a independent tire shop showed and told me that, however the dealers and rams specialist refused to put new ones on! I got them to buy it back, mine was so bad after 50 miles or so I had to readjust my side mirror as it would be pointing towards the ground😩

Keep all your receipts, if they buy it back you should get reimbursed for everything! I got lucky and bought mine in North Carolina but I live in Iowa, however North Carolina’s lemon law is much better! 👍🏻
Did you file arbitration? If so, did you do the 3 person panel or one arbitrator in person?

After all the attempts to fix, phone calls, dealer visits and finally a dealership that stood behind me and said enough was enough after they had truck the last time for 3 days and put 180 miles on it. Ram also sent a specialist rep out to the dealership, who at that time admitted that my truck was not right! Ram told me they needed a while to review my case and decide what to do. A week later they called and said they would buy the truck back. I also had everything documented, 8 pages, did everything I needed to do to fall under the lemon law, all ducks in a row and I also told them I was getting a lemon law lawyer. I told ram cares that in a few recorded phone calls also prior to the last visit! Good luck, long process, but so far so good with the 2021, too early to tell it only has 175 miles on it!

I hope this fixes your issues, but I have my doubts! I’ve been down the same road, going from ram and dealers telling me one visit that it was the tires, then the next visit with the same tires saying it’s definitely not the tires, I even had a independent tire shop confirm it was not the tires! This is so frustrating and like you, I’ve never had this many issues and trips to the dealer with all the vehicles total that I’ve owned in my 27 years of driving. Ram finally took care of me in the end, but it was a year of hell, before that point! Good luck 👍🏻

Tires didn’t work. I called my case manager and emailed him. I’m hoping to hear back Monday. I’ve got all my documentation, recorded phone calls, receipts, etc. Ma. Has good a lemon law, I’ll have to wait and see what happens.

new tires ******AND********* Rims solved my vibration issues.

Putting new tires on the same rims and still having vibrations should pinpoint to the rims(wheels) possibly being out of spec?

I agree, ram refused to put new rims on it, they bought it back instead, they told me rims were not the issue, however local tire shop said at least 2 of the rims were severely warped and the truck would never hold balance and that was true 7 times balanced in less than 8000 miles😩 tires chewed up side mirror would tilt to the ground from the vibrations. Truck never went down the road straight from day 1, wobble wobble wobble!

1-866-726-4636. After speaking with them and getting a case number, I waited 9 days with no return call. I called back and the person that answered said I could call "Roxanne" my case manager. I said, SHE should call me. I was told to give her a few minutes and call. Great customer service! I waited 30 minutes and of coarse got her voice mail. Day 11 and no phone call. Good luck. I think its time to file arbitration if they are not going to communicate.

I played lots of phone tag and it was all blamed on me. I work 7-3 and so did my case manager, but somehow that was my fault. So I called and asked for someone else and that pissed her off, oh well, not. My fault🤷🏻‍♂️

Good luck with these people, dealers don’t care and neither does ram cares!

Prior to my arbitration, RamCare would not return calls frequently. They would have me talk to a sympathetic representstive,, then turn me over to the case manager to slam the door in my face. I was “denied” four times before filing for lemon law and winning. RamCare is not there to help you. They are there to wear you down and hope you go away. In my case, Ram stopped doing any actual work on my truck 26 days after purchase( per records supplied by Ram); yet they kept bringing my truck back into dealerships for 28 more days and did no actual work. The only thing RamCare did was keep me in my truck for additional miles, thereby reducing the amount of money it would cost them when I won arbitration. Look up your state laws, as every mile they delayed me from arbitration saved them money. I would have received $4000 more is they had addressed this when I first brought it to their attention.

I felt the same way, like they just wanted me to go away and whatever they could to to buy time in rams favor!

I have a 2019 Limited with the exact same problem. I had a Ford before without the vibration issue. It has been back to the dealer and they roadforce balanced them saying it was fixed. Thats a lot of crap the vibration is still there. I put Rebel 18 in. rims on with snow tires the vibration appears to be less than the 22 in. with them but still there. The next step for me might just be a Platinum Ford.
