1. The ride is very smooth now that I adjusted the compression and rebound on the struts.
2. I have not tack welded anything. I have checked the bolts a few times in approximately 3000 miles. No movement.
I have had noise from the rear sway bar end links a few times. Those are going to be replaced with links that have grease fittings. The IHC rear shocks have started to squeak as well. I ordered QA1 TD903 shocks to make it fully adjustable at all 4 corners.
@ferraiolo1 @Mopar_maxi any advice for him?Well, fun fact. Bilstein P/N 24-185684 does not work on my truck. Now, another week or so stuck on the lift until I figure this one out. The lower bolt will not fit in any of the Bilstein collars provided in the box. Urrrrggggg.

You need to swap the bushings from the maxtrac shocks to the 5100s as described here

What’s your wheel/tire setup?
Yes, the TD903 shocks will work for 4" drop. I installed them this week and have been adjusting them to my liking. The lower shock bushing tubes need to be swapped over or get some grade 8 bolts with a solid shank. That’s good to hear. Will the QA1 TD903 shocks work for a 4” rear drop?
Did your parts come in?
I’m still waiting on Spohn panhard bar. Thought about going ahead and doing the spindles, then the rear when the bar comes in.
