Thanks Mark. I actually just got back from the dealership and they are usually pretty good so I'll reach out only if I see things aren't progressing. They took the pictures to send to FCA for the warranty approval. My service rep did let me know that there will most likely be a longer than normal wait time on parts due to the high demand. She also let me know that this is also affecting the Jeep Gladiator. Between the Ram and the Gladiator, my dealership alone has seen 5-6 replacements this month. I think the big issue here is with FCA. This has been ongoing since at least Gen4 that I know of (I had 2 replacements in my 2016 Rebel - and 1 third brake light to boot) and still, nothing has been done to correct the problem. In the Information Technology field, we call this root cause analysis (RCA) to determine what is causing a problem and take steps to properly resolve. A replacement rear window without root cause and resolution is nothing more than a bandaid. The problem WILL come back eventually, and I believe what FCA is hoping is that when the warranty is up so they can wash their hands. Really SAD..
