I also have a BigHorn and just ordered the liners and 6 screws.

However, after watching the video again, I realized that if I follow all the steps I actually need 8 screws, correct?

For each side you need 3 for the wheel arches, and 1 for the inboard hole in the back of each wheel well.
Yep, sorry for the mistake, 8. I forgot I had bought 2 already...

Let me know if you have any other questions. It was an easy install. Hardest part was lining up the holes

I installed my liners tonight. However, I apparently ordered the wrong screws, so I’m still 8 short. I have an appt at the dealer tomorrow for the v61 recall. Can you, or anyone, confirm that the correct P/N for the screws is 6510175AA?

Thank you!

I will try to find my packaging tomorrow in the garage and will update as soon as I can

Ok, thank you! A couple of people here have listed that as the PN, but when I enter it in on the dealer site it says it does not fit my truck.

That is the part number (6510175AA) for the screws I ordered and installed. Worked perfectly.

Aside - The wide variation in shipping costs mentioned in this thread is probably due to the box size the shipper chooses to use for the liners. Shipping companies now ding you for weight OR volume, whichever is worse. My shipping was $13.99 and both liners arrived rolled up in a fairly small box. My liners were quite creased and wrinkled after removal from the box, but unrolling and leaving them in the afternoon sun for a few hours brought them back to normal with no permanent scars.

Ok did the install today really easy... I did separate the rear 2 pieces and used the back one found an easy way to get them apart. I used a hook razor knife blade and cut slits in the part that comes through those holes then squeezed the cuts together... then I just used a long screwdriver to pry pieces apart oh and that little tab that’s on the rear that u take off.. broke the first one didn’t break the other side till I went to put it in then it snapped.... ugh. ..

Just finished the install on my bighorn. I broke one of the white clips that hold the mudflap on. Anyone have a part number?

I ended up removing the front piece and left the rear piece on entirely. Just borrowed a clip from the front to put on the inner screw.

I have a Laramie and mine didn't line up properly with both back pieces, dealer actually installed initially. I uninstalled them myself, separated the two back pieces now everything lines up perfectly and snug.

I have a Laramie as well and installed them without separating the pieces and no issues.

Curious why folks are separating the two pieces as well.

If you look at the back piece it’s molded to fit the molded part on the liner. It’s like a square channel they fit together.. if u leave the 2 pieces together the channel part on the liner just sits against the outside piece of the rear one u take off the truck
