With regards to
I would be happy with 20% meaning take 20% off MSRP for the "out the door" price.
If lucky you could get better.
If someone states they received 25% off MSRP, after adding dealer fees and other crazy charges that could easily jack up the out the door price.
Stick with MSRP and the out the door price.
Tell the dealer they can do what ever magic they want to get from MSRP to out the door price.
I am building a spreadsheet and trying to understand what you guys are referencing when you say % off. I see a few factors / numbers in play.
MSRP: % off goal?
MSRP - Incentives/Rebates: % off goal?
MSRP + Dealer Fee - Incentives/Rebates: % off goal?
