When you say before you drive off the lot, are you meaning actually drive off, or when you show up to sign papers and get it. Already ordered a truck. Have not signed all papers yet or driven off, so I am wondering if I still have any leverage when I go to get it or now? If so how do you approach it? Not expecting to, but one never knows. Others from this group have often enlightened us all with info we would not have thought. Can't hurt to ask for suggestions or experiences.
Until you sign all of the papers and drive the truck off the lot, you still have a TON of leverage. Just because a deal was negotiated does not mean it's final. Do you really think they'll let you walk over a few hundred dollars or a free accessory or two when you are there and ready to spend your money? I do it all the time and you would be surprised what you can get if you just try! Feel free to PM me and I am happy to share my thoughts via a cell conversation
