Had to take my truck to the dealer twice for them to do anything and now the new part they want to install is on back order with NO ETA on when it will show up. I guess I just have to laugh at this point.
my bighorn does this too. its annoying but hasnt bothered me enough to make a dealer appt
First off, I just want to say that this forum has been super helpful and I've learned a lot from everyone's posts. I too have the same issue with the squealing noise when I turn my truck off (2019 Rebel). I've got an appointment first thing in the morning and at least I can tell the advisor what to look for based off of everyone's comments on here. I'll report back when I hear what they have to say.
Well... after 4 days of calling and stopping at the dealership I finally got an update. They are ordering an evaporator for my truck and going to replace that to see if it fixes the issue.
Did the evaporator replacement fix the issue? I just had my AC expansion valve replaced and I’m still getting the whistle noise after I shut my truck off.Just heard back from the dealer. Truck goes into the shop next Tuesday (9/1/2020) for the evaporator install. They said I may not get the truck back till Thursday.

2020 v6 etorque Mine does the weird squeaking /decompress squealing after the ac system is shut off. Every time any time. It has also already had the refrigerant issue fixed by the dealer a month after getting.
