Well I was getting the clunk under my feet where the driver front body mount is located.  This would happen while turning onto pavement that had a transition that dropped 1-2 inches. 
I decided to check the torque of the body mount bolts. Spec is 80ftlbs. The driver front was not quite to 80ftlbs, passenger front was at 80ftlbs.
I tightened all 4 body mounts to 90ftlbs. They are large bolts, not problem handling that torque or even more. That seems to have solved my clunking issue so far. I couldn't get the truck to clunk on the 7 mile commute to work.
