Yep...that one fits beautifully (tight enough to pinch fingers, but no bumping/rubbing). See the original pics that @Edwards posted.Mopar 82215289AB

(wincing at the thought)Yup!!! It seems dealer ordered and installed wrong part....Part manager said they are calling to find out..Waiting for their call...Black Friday shopping with parking lot speed bumps, bang bang bang...Imagine on a rocky road...Thank You !! will keep you posted....If it wasn't my truck it might be funny...
Wonder if “engineering hold” means they had to reengineer it due to a failure with the current design?Just had the bed step installed. In the instructions I posted above, they included nuts for two of the bolts. On my truck, there were already threaded inserts already in place. So now I have extra parts Also, I checked with the dealer parts department. The bed steps are still on engineering hold, so they can’t order them yet.
Regardless, they have a whole bunch of unsolicited "beta testers" on this forum. The design seems sturdy and fits beautifully, but as @edrclark said, there are some spare parts.Wonder if “engineering hold” means they had to reengineer it due to a failure with the current design?
Called to get one and the dealer said they are unable to order due to an engineering hold, they said they would be available again in January.
Just received shipping confirmation from Mopar america, odd thing is that UPS says the package is only 12.10 Lbs.
I ordered from Mopar America last week and haven't got a shipping notification yet. Isn't it supposed to be something like 27lbs?
