this is whyThat said I prefer the AGM as they have almost no leakage of acid or gases, the terminals and cables on a AGM do not corrode.
The battery tray in the RAM was designed for an H8, but RAM put in an H7 to save money. A simple mod allows the H8 to fit perfectly. So do you not need the battery sleeve after you upgrade to the H8 AGM?
Yes…my opinion and if you do research you will find the same…periodin your opinion

This is comparing deep cycle batterys NOT starting batteriessaw this last nite.thought it would be good to share.there is a series of these type vids on youtube.im not saying one over the other.i will let you all judge for yourself
like i said im not and expert .just some info.take it for what ever its worthThis is comparing deep cycle batterys NOT starting batteries
Well all lithiums are deep cycle. plus most lithium have 2-3 times the available starting amps that any lead acid of any type will have. The only time that changes somewhat is deep extreme cold and even there most of the lithiums would only drop to "only" 800 CCA from 1800 or 2000 CCA in normal temperature. This is comparing deep cycle batterys NOT starting batteries
Excellent choice my friend!Well my 2021 Limited with 36000 miles on it started doing odd things today. There is a Batteries plus 5 min from my house so I had them install a X2.
Hard to beat a five year warranty.

Yep, you should be fine.Just want to give a big thanks for all the contributors to this thread. My 2019 Laramie's battery just died at 35K miles (2.5 years of ownership) here in FL. The wife just picked up an EverStart H8 AGM for me. Should have it installed shortly.
If my truck sits overnight with the new battery, can I expect all electronics to be fully functional around 07:30 tomorrow AM?
So do you not need the battery sleeve after you upgrade to the H8 AGM
