Just a stupid question...did you plug in the LVDS cable from the module to the screen?

The only change you need to make coming from an 8.4 with nav is
Cabin Net: ICS Integrated Center Stack- Not Enabled

Cabin Net: DCSD Display Screen Module should already be set to Enabled.

Its that in

1. 2019 PowerNet
2. DT 2019 PowerNet Var.1
3. DT 2019 PowerNet Var.2
4. DT 2019 PowerNet Var.3
5. DT 2019 PowerNet Var.4

or is there another one?

Doesn’t matter. Pick whatever one you want because AlfaOBD will automatically connect to the correct bcm that it detects.

Is there any other small things i might have missed? like a hard Radio reset? or maybe it needs to be fully mounted before it turns on .

i have been just testing with the screen by itself no bezel with only the LVDS cable and radio cable connected. I also still have the bypass still hooked up

Bypass does not matter. Do the config in AlfaOBD, disconnect the battery, wait 5 min and reconnect. It can take some time till the radio module gets all the info from the BCM. Maybe you have a bad LVDS Cable.

The Config in AlfaOBD is done, i just wanted to make sure everyone was recommending the same settings. LVDS cable is the factory cable and the OLD screen still works with it. so I don't think its a bad cable.

Im going to fully install it with a bezel and everything and try to discount the battery again to see if that works.

You don't have to install it completely, just make sure all the cables are plugged in. You may have to take it apart again.

At what point should I plug up the screen, before the programming or after ?

It shouldn't matter, I plugged mine in, reprogrammed the BCM, disconnected the battery, waited 5 min and plugged it back in, all came up.

Do I need to repin more than just the hazards?
Disregard that connector, don’t use it. It doesn’t have the hazard wire. Use the 8-way connector that has 5 wires (I believe blue piece of tape around it). Repin the wires in that connector according to the linked post below. Disregard the wire colors listed, and only focus on position numbers.

Yes, this is the correct one, re-pin it like the one I showed you.
