It’s interesting how people experience things differently. I’ve had Pano moonroofs in my last 2 trucks and purposely didn’t order one on my future Ram because I never used it. Part of the problem was that I live in Vegas and the heat that comes through it in the summer was too much. Even with the cover closed. Ford does/did have a design problem where the seals would stick if they weren’t maintained frequently and could break on opening. Once it breaks, you have to replace the ENTIRE unit. $$$
I understand Ram has a different design but still.
For me I'm nearly 6'6" and claustrophobic. My pano roof is almost always open, the shade at least. I live in Texas so it's very hot, I had it ceramic tinted and heat is manageable. That's why I like them so much

Curious if any estimated ship dates push out further. This week should be very telling.

Based on the Ram search, it still looks like Ram is not producing any additional Limiteds (or any Tungstens) for their shipments going to dealers, other than sold orders.

I’ll let you guys know mid to late week if my limited shipped or was pushed back.

Last week I shared that my Laramie was pushed from 8/13 to 8/16 ship date. It's hard to tell but when I look at the nationwide inventory status for my build, there doesn't seem to be much movement. I would have expected production to be increasingly getting trucks out the door. I can only assume it is related to increased time for quality checks/fixes.

My dealer just updated me that my 8/10 ship date is now end of August. But neglected to give me an exact date. I actually have 2 nearly identical trucks on order, the only difference is one is a 6.4, the other 5.7. And that's because one prevented me from ordering the panoramic, but 2 days later allowed it, so we ordered another one with the 5.7 I wanted. Both were scheduled for the same day and slipped identically.
Build is a 70k bighorn with every box checked that still allowed me to get a bench seat, so Group II and everything else besides the appearance packages that infuriatingly add the bucket seats. Laramie wouldn't allow bench seat sadly.

Posted on another thread as well but got huge news! Dealership texted me that my truck is being painted today! Not sure where in production that is but it is finally moving!

Congrats. I wonder if my decision to get a Rebel X (mostly cosmetic differences between yours with Equipment Group 2) might cost me as mine was ordered within 10 days of yours.

Did you get any update on the ramtrucks.com tracking page? Or was this the first you heard anything from anyone?

I’ve found that the ram tracker is usually 2-3 days delayed.

Same from what I've seen.

You'll get an email before the tracker updates.

Best bet is to call your dealer. They can see more than anyone except in the off chance you know someone at the plant.

Apparently, there's some old inventory system they use at the plant that looks like MS DOS or a Terminal program and some of the folks who have been there a while know how to look up schedules and such.
