Well I picked my BigHorn up today (traded in my '19 BigHorn) and I'm really liking it so far. I had about an hour drive home and the Hurricane is smooth as silk. This one has the bigger 12" screen which will take a little time to get familiar with but overall I'm happy with the truck. Hopefully that continues to be the case! I put over 40,000 miles a year on so this will get a great test over the next few years.

Here's a quick picture I took when I got home and a picture of what it's replacing.

Really like that new front end! Can't really tell it's a big horn.

Will be interesting to see also what octane of fuel is used. I have been running nothing but 93 and so far have not had an issue in 2,800 miles.
I have only used 93 and I have a misfire code in cylinder 2, 4 and 5..1800 miles
Waiting on star engineer

Hey all!
Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the tail lights on the 25’s? Trying to install a tailgate light bar and need to hardwire it into the tail light

Yes, from what I'm finding the tow hooks should work. Looking at a couple trucks that had the tow hooks their does not appear to be a separate bezel for the 2025, the cut outs are in the plastic part of the lower grill now with the bezels already kind of built in with the covers behind them. All you should have to do is push the tabs on the back side of the covers to remove. I see mopar sites selling kits for the 2025's with the old bezels, they clearly will not fit and are not needed.

Just pop them out from the front with a screwdriver or the end of a broom handle. They're not screwed in any more. They'll push right out. Good news is, the passenger side tow hook is a cake walk. The driver side, not so much. The passenger side took me 10 minutes at best, the driver side, however, ate up most of an hour. Lots of stuff in the way. This was done laying on my back in the driveway.

The 25 tail lights work in tandem top/bottom with each other, not independently of each other like the 24 on down incandescent versions . The wiring harness is easy, surprisingly old school(ish).

Will the LED Limited Tail lights be plug and play replacements for the non LED's on the Laramie/Big Horn?

I have about 1,100 miles on my BigHorn now and so far I'm loving it. The ride quality of a RAM has always been nice but the effortless power of the Hurricane is pretty awesome and the engine is so smooth. I just did a mixed trip of speeds ranging from 55-82 and my computer is showing just over 20mpg.

The only issue I've seen so far is the Lane Assist has been a little temperamental. The warning bells start going off telling me to put my hands on the wheel even when one or both of my hands are on the wheel. A couple of times it did that and then the system shut off.

The other issue I noticed was on a highway where they had just painted lanes, someone must have driven over the fresh paint along the shoulder and drug a line of paint on to the main part of the lane. The camera picked up that stray paint line and jerked me to the left. Thankfully it didn't create an issue but it definitely got my attention.

Outside of that I'm loving this thing so far!

I doubt it, unless you can get the dealer to switch the sales code to the LED option. I got bulbs from Headlight Revolution. It was about $225 for 4 tail light bulbs, and 2 reverse light bulbs. They're 100% no error, but the OBD port will tattle on you when they plug into it. A big banner will flash across the page "Non-Factory Bulbs Installed". They work fine, and they're a LOT brighter than any OEM setup. You have to get the Limited or Tungsten to get the LED tail lights. Dodge really cheaped out on the Laramie. Other than leather seats and a few bobbles, there's really not much difference between the Laramie and Bighorn. You can skin the Bighorn seats with leather, and still come out cheaper. It's ridiculous.

I recently purchased a limited 2025. I was shocked to see that it did not come with the surround camera option. I can see that it has 4 cameras mounted, rear (works in reverse view), a front camera and both right and left side mirror camera's.. Other then the back camera, I have no way to see or test the other 3 camera's. Does anyone know if it can be added ? I did read the previous form from Dec 2022 but know that things are different for the 2025's. What about part numbers and location's of the components (CVPM for u connect 5), etc ?
I’m curious what options you have and what your payload sticker shows?

On my Ford, it doesn’t actually have sensors on the wheel to know if your hands are actually on it or not. It just senses if the steering wheel moves or has pressure applied to it. Could it be the same way on your Ram? I get notices to put my hands on the wheel and all I have to do is nudge the wheel a little bit and the warning goes away. Give it a shot and let us know what it says.

So traded in my '22 1500 Bighorn and picked up my new 2025 1500 Laramie with the 3.0 6i SO engine this past Saturday. Impressed with how smooth it is. A little disappointed in how the Laramie and Big Horn are pretty much the same especially when it comes to the head and taillights. Wish the taillights were LED. Mine came with heated and vented seats though which is a huge plus (love those vented seats in the summer). 'Service Trailer Brake' popped on leaving the dealer. They had no answer so guess we will see what Ram says in the coming months, curious to see if more people will have an issue with it. Switched out the wheels and tires with my old tires (less than a year old) and wheels. Happy with the choice as I like the all black look.

Tow hooks, running boards and tonneau cover all enroute currently. Debating getting the frame coated. But I am pretty impressed with it so far. Miss that Hemi sound but I’m loving the new gas mpg I get.

*One thing to note that I noticed right away is that this engine loves to surge when it’s turned on. Takes a few mins to go below 1000rpms even when warm. But whenever it idles I’ll hear it surge back and forth for 5 secs with the rpms going to about 1500-2000. Think that is weird but I’m also not familiar with this new engine*

Do you have a tonneau on the 2025 and if so which one? I just picked up my 2025 Limited on Saturday and noticed a pretty sizable gap where the tailgate meets the bed. I'm looking for a cover that works with the Ram boxes.

The dealer actually moved my old tonneau cover and running boards from my old truck to my new one for me. For the tonneau I have a Truxedo Pro X15. It's pretty low profile and looks really good.

There is a massive gap between the back of the RamBox and the tailgate though. I ordered a RamSeal for that gap which does a pretty good job of filling the gap, but there was still a little area where water could get through. I ended up adding a little extra seal to it.

I also ordered an ESI front rail seal on Amazon and sealed the sides of the tailgate area. I had my daughter close the tailgate with me in the bed to check for light coming through and placed the seal anywhere I could. It seems like for the most part it's pretty good now. The only area I see that way might come through is the seal on the back of the tonneau cover itself. That doesn't quite seal perfectly against the tailgate.

I also used the Rok Block tailgate seal. I haven't gone through the car wash or any hard rain yet to know how well it's sealed but hopefully it does ok.
