I disagree. It is a safety issue and needs to be recalled. While the brakes do work, my first response when they squeal is to let off the brake and reapply it to make the noise go away. It is pretty much an involuntary response of mine. I've had the squeal since new in August 2018; had the Pads, Rotors, and Calipers replaced around December, and now they are squealing again. Every time it happens I get this sinking feel and disgusted about how pathetic the quality and engineering at FCA is. I get it; new model....but we are talking about disk brakes here; nothing new. I have never owned a vehicle with brakes squealing like this; whether new or old and worn out. The fact that FCA put out a fix for this (supposedly) that only lasted about 2500 miles is completely pathetic and speak volumes about their incompetency and lack of care. The majority of vehicles that I have purchased new (and some used) in the past 23 years have been Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM products; if ever there was a loyal customer...I was one. I love the ride of the truck; but things like this are going to drive me away from FCA products permanently.
