Ya, I would have liked a little bit of rake, but I installed air helper bags since then and it works better for towing than if I had gone with the 2”. I also think perfectly level looks better, so if you tow, bags are the way to go.

The service manager at my dealership told me they have a larger travel than the stock ones. I figured it was worth the money just to argue I used there parts if anything went wrong.

I’ve been off-road through muddy fields hunting in Kansas for a week, which required 4wd (and a couple of times a prayer) while hunting. Also been through our local WMA in Tahlequah more times than I can count. Which is steep rocky hills, then down to a creek crossing. Definitely tests the...
Ya I used the Mopar UCAs that come with their 2” lift. If I’m totally honest they are within spec for what Mopar says, but from the pictures I’ve seen the angles are better with the RC UCAs other people are using. That being said, the angles aren’t bad RC is just closer to stock.
I have that same wheel 20x10 -18, but with 295/60. The worst that you would have to deal with is some rubbing behind the tire. It will take you about 15 mins or so with a heat gun and wet rag to fix IF they rub. If that is the look you want, that amount of work shouldn’t turn you off.
Sorry it took me so long to get these. Been a long week, and I couldn’t seem to get home before dark. I have Husky flaps, and they actually worked perfect when I trimmed them. With my offset and 34s I had to do a little extra work.
From The wire diagrams I’ve seen there is a trigger wire you run into the cab, and a constant 12v (ie red and black to battery). The question would be, on the Mopar steps are there 2 trigger wires R and L. If so, you could tap it and install a relay controlling the lights independently. It would...
Wiring the LEDs to the cargo light is super easy. There are a couple smaller 22 gauge wires in the loom that are also white with a tan tracer. Look for the larger 18 gauge, there is only one. Make sure you calculate your amp draw, and go the the next size in-line fuse. (4.3a=5a fuse)
The nice...
I was looking into a gear swap just to accommodate larger tires. Figured it would be as easy as a Jeep. I was quoted 2700 in parts, 700 in labor. More than I expected, but not bad since the dealership guaranteed me my warranty would not be affected. I by no means claim to be an expert on...
Took the truck out to my hunting spot today. First time I’ve really had to test the 4wd low. Right up that road in the background it’s pretty much all icy roads on the backside of those Tahlequah hills. Also got to play with the hill descent a little. I was really impressed with how well...
Look at your phone when you first plug it in. Does the charge icon come on then go right back off?
That is what happened to me. Rear USBs worked fine. I made an appointment to take it in, and magically everything worked fine next time I drove it (about 2 days later). Hasn’t done it again.
I love my Longhorn, but I’d be willing to pay to have the purses removed from the back of my seats. My wife and daughter love to give me crap about them. Obviously, it wasn’t a dealbreaker.
Off the lot

Taillights cracked between clear and red part of lenses
Front USB quit working twice, then magically started working the next day

The 2 outside clips are a pain! The best thing I found was to stick a larger flat head in there and open them up. When I put them on I used 2 pairs of pliers, top and bottom, to make it easier to slide on. Hopefully not everyone’s are like this, but I’ve seen at least one other person go through...
Hope this is what you’re looking for. My phone camera isn’t working so I had to use my iPad. Excuse the mess, we went duck hunting and I haven’t got to wash it. I had to cut the mud flaps down a bit, as you can see, but had no rubbing anywhere while driving through rutted out river roads.
Thank you. As long as you know you will have to take the heat gun to the wheel well on the back side of the tire, I think it would look really nice. I know the -18 offset isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I like the added lip on the wheel that it gives. Let me know if there is a specific angle...
