Thanks! I would argue that the DT Limited “feels” ever so slightly more premium on the interior but give a slight edge feature for feature to the F150, keeping in mind I was coming from a 2019. The F150 adds massage seats, hands-free driving (BlueCruise), lane centering & bed camera mounted on...
Hey all, bittersweet to report that I parted with my 5th gen Limited, last night. After leasing it new in September of '19 and then buying it out in September of '22 at lease end (I was originally going to sell/third party buyout and get something else but due to inventory shortages stemming...
It does have the digital cluster (which I think are standard for Limited in ’23) but the pictures aren’t great. No rambox you’re right, and I have them in my current ‘19 but figured I could replicate the capability of rambox, including the 400w inverter, more easily/cheaper via aftermarket than...
Hey all, as a follow up to my previous post, I’ve decided to switch my search from a Longhorn to a Limited; it just makes…more sense to get more for the same or less amount of money. That said, I ran across this Limited located at a dealer ~200 miles from me: New 2023 Ram 1500 LIMITED CREW CAB...
Yeah after reading a lot of replies here, I realized I was being trivial with the interior color preference and changed my search from Longhorns to Limiteds. There are better options out there. One dealership around 200 miles from me has three ‘23 Limiteds that check most of my boxes and have...
I am starting to notice that option for option, a like Longhorn ends up being more expensive than a like Limited and certain things are still missing if you add the elite package (upgraded interior materials, metal speaker grilles, etc).
Really the only reason I was even considering a longhorn...
Hey all, thinking it might be time to replace my ‘19 but despite the supposed Stellantis inventory surpluses it’s been a bit difficult finding a truck spec’d close to how I’d prefer. Coming from a Limited, I’m looking at a Longhorn to switch things up preferably equipped with the HEMI, air...
Welp guys, it finally happened to me last week. The drivers side dash in my 2019 limited started to bubble and my god, having to stare at it every day is driving me insane. So much so that I’m considering getting a new truck lol
I know this has been covered to death, but wanted to verify…are...
That’s a lot of miles for 4 years tbh…
I haven’t experienced any issues with the air suspension in my 2019 Limited but I have less than half those miles. All air suspensions eventually have issues, though. I specifically went without etorque bc it was so new at the time so cant speak on that...
Hey all, wanted to get some opinions on how much I might be able to negotiate on this truck I found at a dealer local-ish to me. I figured given the inventory surplus (from what I’ve read) Stellantis is experiencing, along with the fact that ‘24 MY are starting to hit dealers and the 2025...
This was at a specific dealer local to me, so not necessarily an FCA/Stellantis thing.
I’ve attached a pic of the flier from my local dealer for reference.
This thought also crossed my mind, but tbh, removing the headlamp assembly is a huge PITA - the front fender trim piece, factory fender “flares”, part of the wheel well liner and effectively the entire grille have to be removed and quite frankly, I really didn’t feel like doing that on both...
I thought about this, too and am otherwise fairly handy but electrical work I hesitate to diagnose/work on my own.
FWIW, when I pulled the negative battery terminal the LEDs did work for a short amount of time but then went out, again.
*2/21 UPDATE* - so I've ordered 2x replacement units since my last visit to the dealer and both of them duplicate the same issue I'm experiencing. Granted, both were pre-owned units but guaranteed to work (one was even Mopar refurbished) but including my stock headlamp assembly, that's 3 out of...
