I was considering those too but when I found the Coopers for almost $400 less, even with the $150 off the Michelins at Costco, I decided to take a chance on the Coopers. If we ever got below 40-45 degree and more than the occasional rain I might have stayed with the Michelins.

Correct. 2 separate leaks from 2 different issues. Replaced the brake light assembly first, then the rear window. All good for now.
