It will definitely be more expensive. The cluster gauge goes from partially analog to fully digital (main change). I would buy now, the June incentives just expired so check back tomorrow and see what they are. If you build now you will have it within two months most likely assuming your order doesn't get rolled over to 2023. You could get all of what you want in a Laramie Edition w/ Advanced Safety Group (360 camera) and Southwest Edition (12 inch screen, nice 20" wheels, pano sunroof for $2700). If you go this route you'll probably save 4-5K. Your main losses would be slightly worse LED, Laramie is already really good, it is just the Limited LEDs will shift as you turn the wheel. The other loss would be less quality leather. If air suspension is something you want, you could also get it in the Laramie.
Many thanks.
Considering my wife feels I do not need a truck, this would be my first and last truck purchase. If leather is nicer, I do not mind paying more for Limited. Few more questions:
1. Is Air suspension reliable? I have it on my SUV and love it.
2. Seem there are three engine options. One V6 and two V8. I read the V6 are more reliable and V8 are more powerful. Power make sense. but reliability? Also, how much higher fuel economy would i get if i get V6 over V8? Standard is V8. no price difference between with and without etorque.
3. I plan on adding Limited 10th anniversary edition and LL1 group. and the panaromic roof. Anything i should not add or should add?
Is 2023 worthwhile upgrade? Here is my thinking about price increases. With increasing interest rates, there is no way high end trucks will maintain their sales volume. The rebates are expected to get better as year end comes up. I have another advantage by buying it in January. KY charges property tax on vehicles and I assume it to be around $800 for the first year on the truck. But it is charged on property that I own on January 1. So, if I buy it on January 2, I save another $800. but if 2023 is not a worthwhile upgrade, I can save all that money and buy my truck right now at a lower price.
