I took mine in for service they told me both the service manager and tech both drove it and couldn't duplicate the clunking issue so nothing could be done about it. I guess I will just deal with it and wait to see if it gets worse or goes away, hopefully the later.
Wait until it warms back up. mine has all but disappeared with cooler weather.

I too, have experienced the noise,on occasion. At first I thought it was a noise from the plastic inner wheel wells, rubbing etc while turning. Have heard it in various areas of the floorboard of the cab,so concluded it couldn’t be that.

After reading various posts and threads here,I determined it has to be what people are calling “clunk” while turning etc.

I’m going to have it taken care of,after I return from a cruise, which is early next month. Hopefully I wont have to wait too long for limited supply of parts etc....as the dealer kinda hinted about that, when I last spoke to him.

I would schedule sooner, along with oil change...but as I’m wheeling the truck to and from cruise port,I want to limit the possibilities of probs(esp being 200+ miles from home base)until I return.

I have heard peeps state that the problem seems to subside some, the more miles they put on it. With that said, what kinda miles are peeps puttion on it,before the sound disappears/bolts indent the floor pan ?

Brought mine in for service with an appointment Monday. They finally told be they diagnosed a cab noise and have to remove the cab to further evaluate. I tried explaining that there was already a service advisory for the fix and they didn’t want to listen to what I’ve researched. So I’ll be without my truck until at least next week.

My dealer finally ordered the parts listed in the tsb. Truck has been at the dealer since Monday. Parts should be in somewhere between Tuesday and Thursday. You'd think they'd be overnighted for a customer who has bought 4 vehicles from this dealer and purchased an extended warranty. I had to go to the dealership just to find this info out since there has been no communication Thurs/ Fri. Hopefully I'll get my new truck back this week with no knocking noise. Also had an air leak noise from the right rear window at highway speed.

Just bought my Rebel this past weekend. Mine has a clunk noise when i turn (only noticed when turning left) but it sounds like its coming more from the back of the truck. Like i left something in the bed and it slides and hit the bed wall. Never feel it or hear it under the cab. Anyone else?

Update: I'm currently at 5,500 miles and still no return of the clunking. I haven't had any work done on the truck and I'm hoping I'm all good. It's been approx. 1,500 miles since I heard/felt the noise. Fingers still crossed that it won't return.

Just a follow up....I picked my truck up yesterday from the dealer after printing out and showing them the TSB 23-047-18. They replaced the body isolation mounts and bolts per service bulletin. Its only day 2 with the repair, but have not hear a single clunk yet...cross my fingers. Normally I would hear a clunk sound under the seat and in the floor while slowly turning throughout my neighborhood, and would hear it at least 4-5 times just traveling to work. Glad the clunk is finally fixed.

Sadly, I think I have it as well. Twice today, when turning right at low speeds and uneven pavement. Plan to wait a bit before I schedule service as I have a few items. I'm at 3,200 miles and 3 weeks in :)

So the dealer has done everything the TSB calls for and I still have the clunk and creak. Anyone else running into this issue?

I have the clunk and even after pointing out the TSB, they refused to change them. I have to go back and do a test drive with them (again) - really disappointing.

I’m having somewhat the same problem. However my truck build date is 10/15. I have a rebel 4x4 Crew Cab. It’s popping/clunking (only a single click however) whenever I go over bumps. I originally noticed it going up my driveway and could hear a click in each wheel as it went over the bump. It gets progressively louder with the harder I hit the bump. However recently I haven’t been noticing it as much over bumps but rather over smal divots as I’m turning my wheels (storm water drain divots during a turn) as well as great suspension articulation such as driving on windy foothills roads. I have an appointment with the dealer but it’s very hard to recreate the sound and I’m scared they’re just going to waste my time. It sounds like the TSB could be a fix but my truck was built a couple days after it implies. Any suggestions or anyone with the same issue?

My truck has been at the dealer for a month for something similar. They replaced the rack, didn't fix it. Replaced all the mounts, didn't fix it. Now the say maybe the sway bar bushings? I dont know but it is a rattle and you can easily duplicate it when turning any slight turn the noise is there and it rattles over bumps. My attitude had been getting better after the initial "Clunk" Im back in the doldrums again. Im not mad or angry or pissed Im just over it.

Whats worse Is I have been looking at what if I were to trade it in and there is nothing out there like the ram. Nothing. Its a truck that to me has no match. So not certain what to do

I am curious if your noise is the same as mine though

Mine isn’t a rattle but just one very loud pop over the bump and/or turn. And then that’s it. It doesn’t rattle whatsoever so my assumption would be these are different issues

My local dealer replicated the front end clunk, referred to the TSB, and has agreed to order parts. I am being told the parts are on back-order, so I am awaiting a call back once the parts arrive at the dealer. I’ll report back once the repair is done, and let people know if it solved the issue. Thanks for everyone’s help with posting the TSB here.

I got my truck back today and my other noise was the sway bar end link.

Just for anyone having noise that the body bushing didn’t fix have them check that

Glad to hear they got you sorted out. Good info for those still having issues post TSB.

Do you happen to know what was wrong with the end link? I have a strong assumption my popping is the end links. Were they not torqued down or were they a bad batch? I’ll try and get under my truck this weekend and Jam on them pretty hard but just would like to get a lil background before.

Yes. They replaced the Body mounts as per the TSB and the Rack and the Sway bar end links were the eventual fix. I appreciate you leading me to that dealer.

I will say this. If you guys haven't had the mounts replaced and have the clunk they make a tremendous difference in the quietness.

I lose my patience but after its fixed its hard to beat this truck.

I know this is a different topic but also those that have the HK system and have not had the update DO IT! WHAT a difference.. it sounds incredible now.

I dont know really. But if you hav e a sound when turning and had the TSB for the mounts done I would lead them to those as they seem to be a possible issue that is coming up next.

Where do you find the TBS for these trucks? I log in and it shows no recalls for mine. What about TBS? Where can I find them?
