I think your non-nav is missing something about the Hazard-Button... so i don't know if you need anything else but you might wanna look it up here in this thread...

And as for the SGW bypass, Yes, You do need one for the programming.

See post 319. You need that special plug unless you want to repin your plug. Easier to just install the adapter listed here.

Question with this 12” swap, I got all the above things to complete the job and I’ll be doing it on Monday. Coming from the 8” dash to the 12” will the navigation work? Or do I need some other antenna or something?

As long as the original radio has Sirius XM, NAV should work and I think all 8.4 radios have that.

I wish but its the gold that is scraped off.

The polished aluminum is actually plastic. Can't fix it.

I found on the MOPAR site a new bezel but its hundreds of dollars!

If from UPS, file a claim to get some money for replacement parts.

Just AlfaOBD... You got the bypass also? you need that too.
If you try with the bypass and AlfaOBD and it doesn't work than it's probably because of the Adapter you're using,,,
