I’m not even sure if it’s the Bluetooth interface because usually it fails when actually trying to make the setting change. I’ve never come across that screen before. You might have to send that screenshot to Alexey, the developer, and see what he says.

Probably not because the interface connects. You could verify by plugging the interface in without the bypass. You should still be able to get into car configuration change without the bypass.

Alright, so apparently there was another windows update for AlfaOBD yesterday, and that is what broke the program. Everything else you were doing is correct, it’s just the AlfaOBD software itself. He’s aware and working on it. Only other option is if you have an Android device, you could get the app.

If you email him, he will set you up with the Android version apk for free (if you have an Android device).

The App will work for this by the way. My buddy @RebelWraith on this forum did this with his android phone app on my truck About 3 weeks ago. He did not use the full version and my 12.1 screen was programmed in minutes.

No, he means the Android version and not the PC version. We got it to work programming it from my cell phone using the Android version of AlfaOBD.

New windows version with the fix just released. New version is 2.1.8.0. Broken version was 2.1.7.0
