Your best bet is to measure it before purchasing. I have the 2.5 motofab on a 4x4 bighorn and it’s as close as it will get to being level.

Measure the distance from center of wheel to underside of fender front and rear... the difference in measurement is the size of kit you buy.

No it is crazy how many different spring part #'s there are even for the ORP it is not standard across there were 4 or 5 different numbers for the orp alone ‍♂️ , example my buddy has a Longhorn crew with orp I have Laramie orp crew we have different springs go figure

I went ahead and installed the MotoFab 2.5" leveling kit on my 2019 Big Horn Sport. I had this kit on my 4th gen, everything I read said that 4th gen leveling kits will not work on the 5th Gens, but I am here to say they do. Install was the same as the 4th gen, and I didn't have to modify anything for the kit to work. As of right now, nobody makes a 2.5" leveling kit for the 5th Gens, and I didn't want to go with only a 2" from rough country because it still isn't 100% level with the rear IMO.. So I went ahead and purchased the MotoFab kit that I had on my 4th gen and gave it a try. I am very satisfied with how it turned out. The ride quality is great and still feels and drives like factory.

I ended up putting 285/60-20 BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2 Tires on my stock wheels. These tires ride soft and are quiet, just like factory. No rubbing, No trimming needed for this setup.

Here's a link to the leveling kit: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I5058AY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Ok guys I'm installing this on my truck. NOT near as easy as these guys made it look AT ALL, just saying, And I feel you WILL need different UCA's if going with a 2.5 kit. I wouldn't go ANY higher than a 2 inch kit with stock-NON off road UCA's, unless you'll only have a pavement princess.

Also, I have no choice now but to finish as I'm too far along to stop now. Another thing, BE CAREFUL with the antilock harness with the kit installed wire gets pretty tight and you will want to reposition the zip ties to give slightly more slack. My stock uca's boots creek some when turning the steering with tires off the ground now, WISH I would have gone with a 2 inch kit. Aftermarket uca's will be coming soon.

I got it done finally truck looks good, with tires on the uca’s aren’t at too bad of an angle, but I wouldn’t want to go off-road much. Now to decide if I’ll just put different tires on the factory rims instead of the Nexen Roadians or go big and get wheels and tires.

Do I really need UCA’s on a bighorn with a 2.5 leveling kit?
No, unless it has the ORP, if you do have ORP you can get the mopar arms for 2" lift which will correct your angles enough, they are 50$ a piece so not too bad. The ORP has about a 1" higher ride height from factory so the 2.5" spacer will turn into a 3.5" lift, Also something I found out is that the ORP doesnt have as much rake from back to front as other packages, meaning they say its 1" all the way around but it's about 1" in front and only around a 1/2" higher in rear than others, with all that being said if you put the 2.5"s up front with the ORP, you will need a 1/2" spacer for rear to make truck level the 2.5" will be nose high on the ORP without rear spacers

I installed the 2” Motofab kit today. The spacer is only 1.25” thick but it raised my front end quite a bit. I should have taken before and after measurements but it looks like it raised more than 2”.
I had no trouble with the install. It is pretty simple and straightforward.
