We totally understand and we are so sorry for this delay. We have been monitoring the progress of the shipments daily with our shipper.

As much as we'd love to deliver this asap, apart from the pandemic, the current situation now in the US has added to the delay of pick up and delivery as some of the transportation vehicles of FedEx and USPS were robbed.

We know you have waited this long but we are unable to process the refund yet as the parcel is still in transit. We are following this up with our shipper daily so we have move the parcel the soonest possible time.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation on this matter. Thank you!

i have no idea if it will ever get here as it’s closing in on 2 months now. I’m about to call my credit card to reverse the charge and I’ll look for an alternative to this thing.

A negative effect of stuff made in China impacted by COVID and the riots across the US. Unfortunately, there is ZERO this company can do to negate the various issue impacting shipping. Exactly why they highly recommend expedited shipping for $9.95. Is what it is...your patience will pay off.
 
So I guess I am the only one where this wireless CarPlay is not working at all like it should? It serves absolutely no purpose for me currently and I was really looking forward to it. It won’t stay connected. Music breaks up terribly then just stops. Won’t play more than 2 minutes before doing that.
Unit shows being updated. I’ve tried disconnecting and reinstalling it at least 15 times. Haven’t been connected to any other Bluetooth or WiFi. And the email customer service hasn’t been much help.

My carplay2air worked for about 4 hours. I had to pay shipping to return it to get a refund. Don't waste your money.

Perhaps you got a lemon. My unit works as intended. The majority here have been happy too. Why wouldn't they replace your bad unit? I find that not good on their part. I had just read a post saying that we should delete our original uconnection. I did that and its functions all the better.

I'm sure they offered to replace it but, based on @sealemon response, not sure he's telling the whole story or is just a troll. Something doesn't sound right with his post.

This is exactly what they told me I would have to do to get a replacement.

We can process an exchange but if it works the same as the old adapter you can return it to us for a refund.

Here's what we need to do:

  1. Please set value for 10$ and describe it as a USB cable, so it will not be stuck in customs for customs.
  2. Kindly return the device to our returning address that shows below:

GuangDong Province
China
Postal: 516000
Phone: +8618379715520

  1. Once you have shipped it out, let us know the tracking number so we can report this to the warehouse.
  2. Lastly, don't forget to put your name on the return shipment for us to easily track it once received. :)
Once the return is received, we will ship out the new adapter.
Sounds like at least a month plus
 
So, another 10 days has passed, and I still don’t have mine. Ordered on 04/26.
if they do not issue a refund at this point, I’lllet American Express deal with them.
Over their excuses at this point since folks who order well after me have received product.

I have no idea whats changed, but the process was pretty quick and complete in about 2-3 minutes
