Guys, here is the fix for the whistle/hoot noise in the A-Pillar area. The Star case document is attached. They performed the repair and no more annoying noises.
Does the A pillar just pop off?

I recommend anyone having wind noise around the dash or pillar area try stuffing a few rags between the dash and windshield and see if it that solves it to help isolate some have put rags into the pillar. It unbolts easy

Thank you for the tag, @Morenar. There was recently a revision made to the STAR technical case you posted. I have attached that here and kindly recommend following up with your servicing Ram dealer for the most recent info regarding when this update will be released.

RamCare is this available yet? What does it do and does it work? This noise is driving me nuts and the only way I get it to stop everytime I drive is to cycle the recirculation button on and then off?

Has anyone had this done? What does it do? Does it work? @RamCares what does this do?
Thank you for taking the time to reach out, @Synergy26! As our team here is not mechanically trained, we rely on our dealer partners to be our eyes and ears in the field. With this, we are unfortunately unable to speculate regarding vehicle concerns.

If this is something you decide to address with your Ram dealer, we would be more than willing to escalate a case on your behalf to a specialist for further support through that process. You could certainly provide this STAR technical case to your dealer to see if it applies to your truck.

Please do not hesitate to follow up with any additional questions.

Has anybody got a fix from the dealer for the wind noise that only quiets down with the recirculate on? I had them add the bed to box seal that was missing but that doesn't fix this issue. This appears to be a vent baffle that is open and catching air without recirc on. I've got an appointment next Tuesday and I'll need to show them exactly what to do or I assume there will be no fix. I also have the teapot whistle coming from the passenger air vents when it is NOT in recirc mode and is on 6 or 7 power a/c. Thanks for the help.

Same issue here. Had the bed/box seal installed and it fixed road noise coming in from the rear of the cab when air on fresh. However, I've noticed recently that there is considerable road/wind noise coming from the front side windows when air is on fresh. It goes away on recirc. I plan on taking truck in to have dealer look at it, but my experience is if I can point to a specific fix or TSB the issue will get resolved much quicker!

The wind noise ‘howl’ from the front of my Rebel when at highway speed or crosswind has been fixed. A service pack for a defect in the sealant around window and front pillars. It was re silicone and have not had issue since.

Had my side mirror replaced. Still does it.
Assuming you have the tow mirrors this is how I got rid of the 40mph whistle.

Added some foam tape in the seam where the mirror folds. I first trouble shooted with blue tape to see if it would stop and it did.

Did you ever find the adjustment? My driver side door whistles when on the highway and the striker plate does not move.
Gotta loosen the two bolts then hit it very hard. Mark around it before attempting to move the plate so you know if it has moved.

Experienced this for the first time today in my 2019 Limited (bought used this week). Granted, I was driving in high winds at highway speeds but intermittently there was a loud hissing noise coming from the passenger side. My wife noticed it and thought she hadn’t shut the door all the way. I stopped she opened/closed the door harder. The noise persisted. It almost sounded like the window was cracked - like tv static. But it only happened for a few seconds at a time and then stopped. 38 pages and 2 years of complaints. Is there any fix for this?

To be clear, this isn’t a whistling or tea pot noise, it’s a loud hissing wind noise for 2-3 seconds at a time every few minutes.

That could be the door or the mirror. If you look earlier in this thread (and do a search in others), you'll find some solutions to test and remedy the mirror(s) if they are the issue.

If it ends up not being the mirrors, but the door(s), there are a few threads around that detail installing extra weather stripping to resolve the wind noise issues. Its self-stick stuff that is fairly inexpensive at most home improvement places. Its been a little while since that one was discussed, but if you do a search, you should be able to find them.

Thanks Jason! I have heard it a few times since and agree that it's probably a gap in the weather stripping somewhere... I noticed today that the passenger side door sticks out a little in the top-back corner, I'm assuming this is where some turbulent air could rattle around causing the noise. I'll try to DIY with some weather stripping
