That is the cover I am looking at, are you saying you had to cut the rails on the cover or the rails on the bed utility group? Also I am looking for a waterproof cover do you think this will let a lot of water in?
Thanks,

You have to get the Right On replacement brackets if you have the MFT, then cut the portion of the LoMax rails back about 10.5" - 11" to clear the new brackets. The rails will overhang the back of the bed about 3/8" (the thickness of the new brackets). The front of the cover just barely clears and seals well enough on the bed cover, but the two parts that allow you to hook the cover flipped up is where the water will probably seep in. I'll see about taking some additional pictures of what I did, but overall it wasn't as difficult as I thought it was going to be.

Well...after offroading yesterday, im powerwashing the truck. With my OCD I did a test and indeed I have the 3rd brake like leak issue. So I need to fix that. Can someone point me to the thread on this, so I can figure out what I can do to fix it on my own, and not deal with the dealer?

P.s. my searches come back to the crack rear window. Im lucky I don't have that, so I just need to figure out what I can use to fill in the gaps that is causing the leak. If it gets worse and cracks the window, then I will take it to the dealer (but I would have to remove/scrape off anything I put on it)

Owner of a 2020 Ram Laramie (leveled with 2" rc struts and 1" rear spacer on 33.5" toyo open country) , 16 Dodge Charger scat pack and my wife 21 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara (2.5" rc lift with 35" duratracs)

Running boards, Tyger Blades. Love them, look great, feel really solid, easy installation.

Changed out puddle lights to some bright a$$ ones! Easy install too!
My lights were just delivered by Amazon...too dark out now to put them on. Will try tomorrow when I get a bit of free time. Night...what did you use to pry out the existing light so you don't "damage" or mark up the mirror itself by just shoving a screwdriver in there? Any tips are appreciated my friend!

I looked at mine, and it looks like you have to remove a lot to get to it. Maybe I have different mirrors on my 2020. I don't have tow mirrors, just the standard.

I don't agree. I have the standard mirrors as well on my 2021 (they should be no different from 2019 - 2021). It appears that you just have to insert a very small screwdriver in the correct spot and pop out the old. I just don't want to damage the mirror underside so looking to see what the OP used. I have tiny flat blade drivers so probably just need to pick the smallest one I have. Should not be any different than this YT video.

I literally just looked at mine (received my lights yesterday) and they won't fit. I think RAM must have changed the mirrors for the 2021 models.

Son of a *****! Yep, should have looked at mine BEFORE I ordered. They did change the mirrors for 2021. Who'd of thought that one? The 2021's are LED, but I was hoping to add some additional brightness. Oh well...I guess I'll start my Amazon return and these will be going to the Amazon Locker tomorrow. Bummer:( The only bright side, no pun intended, is that I can take that $32 and invest it into my Hellwig Rear Sway Bar now:D

LOL good choice. FYI, my sway bar will be coming sometime between the 22nd and 27th via Amazon. You may get it from somewhere else sooner.

I was heavy into CB's when I was a kid. Put them in my Mom and Dad's cars as well as my Grandfather who was totally into electronics, and I had a base station with Single Side Band and a huge roof directional antenna on a rotor and used to talk all night long. Loved those days!
I worked for my parents from 1980 to 1993 as an electronics tech. Did everything from CB`s to navigation radars to community repeaters and consumer electronics. Fun times.

Mine is a 2020. So they must have changed them then.

Fun times indeed. My first job out of College was a Systems Engineer for Motorola. I just loved playing with radio equipment and Motorola, at that time, was the best of the best!

Not only that they also changed the light under the dash (the one which shines on pedals). No more pop the plastic cap and put your LED. Now it is LED soldered on the pcb deal.. so no cool colors for me :-(

Come on down to FL my friend...that's where most all New Yorkers are going :) No State Income Tax either:p
Be very careful of which NYers you let in.
In the 80`s Motorola two-way ruled, worked on lot of them/reinstalled for our county gov.

Another perspective on Motorola and Giuliani "America's Mayor"

Written by a battalion chief of the FDNY and a former firefighter and federal agent, Radio Silence F.D.N.Y.: The Betrayal of New York's Bravest examines why 343 firefighters of the FDNY died during the September 11th attacks, as opposed to only 60 police and Port Authority officers. Radio Silence F.D.N.Y. scrutinizes facts in over 108 documents that have never before been seen by the public, and which are used to build the case for the conclusions and the scandal concerning FDNY radios. Simply put, Radio Silence F.D.N.Y. asks why firefighters never heard the evacuation order that the police did hear, and which was issued up to one hour before the North Tower collapsed. Radio Silence F.D.N.Y. dissects the flaws within the FDNY radio system, and also points out how these same flaws could be hampering American efforts in Iraq. A vital and probing inquiry that dares to raise questions in order to cherish the memory of those who were lost in the best way possible--by better safeguarding lives in the future.

My comment about Motorola was in regards to components used and build quality. General Electric was old tech, EF Johnson two-way was visionary IMO and the Sonar Radio from Fla was the bomb.
