What did you do to your Ram today???

Do the stock wheels clear the JBA control arms fine? I could not find any good comments on their website on whether or not they would clear the stock wheels.
I have the wheels that come with the Backcountry edition so not sure if they are the same offset or not.
No reason they wouldn't. It's not the wheels that are the issue, usually, but the width of the tires. If they are factory size tires, you will be just fine

That looks great. Did you need to install spacers at all ?

If I were never leaving pavement, probably not. With no spacer installed everything cleared under normal driving conditions. At full droop, however, the front tires were VERY close to rubbing the upper control arm:

In all honesty clearance is clearance and that was probably fine given the fact that the wheel wouldn't be turning under any considerable force at full droop since it's probably off the ground. I wanted a little space though so I added a set of slip on 1/4" spacers which opened things up at full droop:

Without the spacers, with the wheel on the ground, there was roughly 3/8" of space off the control arm at any angle:

yea I think those are the standard prices across some dealers.
If I remember correctly I paid $139 on my first oil change back in 2021 but browsing a few dealers today it seems I would pay the same as you.
after my 1st oil change I started doing my own and just update/input the new change on my vehicle online plus I keep pics of the receipt just in case
I added the fumoto valve to make it easier on myself and the k&n washable air filter and get free tire rotations at shop I purchased the tires at.

Oil change and tire rotation, plus 2 recalls.

Just have to vent a little, the stealership charged $153 for the above and recalls were n/c.

I asked what the labor rate was and was told “about $200”. $189.50 to be exact. 😮

Since when is an oil change (bulk synthetic) $100? The 4 tire rotation was $20 and the rest ($33) were taxes and “fees”. They even charge for the credit card usage, 3% of the invoice. 🙄

Oh, I walked the lot and saw several 2024 SRT Durango’s for $90K, in case anyone wants one…🙄🤣

Don't think that I am returning to the dealer for oil changes, not unless they get some savings somewhere. Recently got a 25% off coupon for a quick lube place thats good till Dec 31st, I will be about due then.
my last oil change, 2019 Ram 1500 with 100806 miles, (NOTE: I take 7 qts of oil and filter, Hemi engine) cost me 10.95 including tax. BUT THEY GET ME ELSEWHERE !

With the stock Rebel wheels I have a little over 1/2 inch clearance.

Did 1st oil & filter change at 6774 miles, it was at 35% life. The process was painless draining & removing the filter. Replaced with Pennzoil ultra platinum 0w-20 & fram ultra synthetic,

painless removing the filter at first oil change?!
dang whoever put on your filter at the factory probably skipped a meal before putting the filter on... mine was tight.

I have 3 different filter wrench, do my own oil change on 4 cars. I had a 2001 4 runner the wrench works on the 3.0 hurricane filter. I just slapped it on used a 2” extension & 3/8 drive ratchet.

Thought would add this, finally had a chance to post, we did a AK trip recently and the truck did great. It averaged 12 - 13 mpg towing which is not bad. The truck has 23 gallon tank and on time it was a possible concern was not Alcan highway; but in Montana (jeez it can be sparse there).

I have since added air bags which should help leveling and the bit of bounce.

Overall, it was great trip and the truck was great. Oh, the RAM dealer in Fairbanks wanted $230 for oil change! I found local shop to do it.

Finally got the truck back in the garage. I’ve had to park outside since we sold our RV and everything got unloaded in my bay till I reworked basement storage.
Woke up to frost and had to scrape my windshield. Enough of that $HIT.
Winters on its way!

@denjen , what TT is that you have there?
That is a Nucamp Tab 400. It has been great so far, has wet bath, separate dinette. It is very solid, dry weight is around 2900 and fully loaded it tops the scales at ~3900.

That's kinda what I thought.
Were in the market for a TT, and I can't seem to get DW to consider a small rig.
But, for a drive to Alaska, I bet it would be great!
