What did you do to your Ram today???

Replaced my cracked driver side window with a new Oem one. Rockauto FTW $270ish shipped and 40 mins of my time. Safelite wanted $500. There’s cheaper replacement non Oem out there but my OCD just couldn’t allow that.

Man I love rock auto! I recently did new pads rotors in my wife’s Pacifica and compared prices from orielys and autozone same pn# and saved $200. Been using rockauto for years now

Me too I was super surprised they carried the glass especially OEM figured that would be a dealer or Mopar parts online store only purchase. I was skeptical on having a window shipped but they killed the packaging took forever to unbox and was confident if a issue occurred they would take care of it.

Drove 4 1/2 hours round trip, along with 45 minutes waiting for the seller because he lost track of time, to pick up a set of APOC rear control arms and track bar. Paid $160, brand new this would be $700 from APOC. other than a small amount of rust where the powder coating cracked on on control arm, they look new

Been a work in progress over the last couple weeks to work on it when I’ve got time. Added the Eibach Pro-Truck Lift Stage 2R, JBA upper control arms, Core4x4 town series rear upper and lower control arms, track bar and sway bar end links. I still have to final torque everything yet after I get it back on the tires.

good job, glad to see someone goes the extra mile and paints their calipers not just slapping on those goofy plastic covers ;)

Ceramic coat question?
When I bought my Tacoma I watch many videos regarding protection the paint job and most common suggestion was to put on a ceramic coating. I bought AvalonKing ceramic coating and put it on after washing, drying, polishing out all minor scratches and using clay to remove debris. Man that metallic blue sure shined and beaded up water like never before. I see they have a buy1 get 1 for free deal so bought 2 for my new 1500 Laramie I should be picking up around Thanksgiving, very appropriate timing eh????

Have any of you applied a ceramic coating before and what did you use, what are your results?

5% ceramic tint the other day
Can you tell me more about your LineX bed liner?
Is it a just the mat for the bed or a complete bed liner for sides and bottom as well?

FYI I just posted about ceramic coating if you want to DIY next time.

I am looking for a drop in bed liner to protect all 4 sides and so far all I found was the DuraLiner kit. Mopar makes a drop in one but can't get it plus the the spray coating when placing an order and Mopar won't sell me or dealers just 1, have to buy pallet of 10, crap.....

I put the Armor Shield IX on my Ram in September 2022 and it has held up very well. I will be re-applying very soon to bring back the slickness and the gloss.

You don't want a plastic drop in bed liner. Just get a spray on bed liner. Or, depending on how you use your truck, get a BedRug

Back on the stock tires and wheels for the moment. The rake is about 1/2 - 5/8 inch which is where I want it to end up. Not perfectly level, but close. Maybe I’ll go up a smidge higher in the front. Or not. The Eibach adjustable clovers make it super easy to dial in the height. The ride is just phenomenal. Have a 4 wheel alignment appointment in a couple weeks. It’s not my daily driver so no big deal. Super happy with how it turned out.
