I don't know if this is legit, but a similar part number showed up on the HDRams site for the HD trucks and this was found while searching. Still digging into this. Maybe RAM is starting to offer an upgrade?

82216449AA - Mopar Parts Giant

ETA: Found this on RAM accessory parts store: https://store.mopar.com/oem-parts/mopar-ram1500-auxiliary-switch-kit-82216449aa

RAM1500 Auxiliary Switch Kit

Mopar Part No.: 82216449AA
  • Aux switches are offered as an option for adding additional functionality into the highly configurable IP cluster to help control a few features built with on the vehicle such as auto level air suspension. Accessory kit consists of an AUX Switch with PDC as a whole. This kit will contain everything needed to install the AUX Switch and PDC. Trucks will need to be re-configured with LHL sales code to allow the production switches to function.

Here's the HD post:

@Jimmy07 : need you expert help.
2022 1500 installed upfitter switches, they light up, they populated on my 12” screen but I get no output to activate relays. Attaching screen shots of what I’ve done with Alpha OBD. I verified all the pins on the back of switch’s are in proper locations. Thanks in advance

How do you have the relay coils wired? Keep in mind the aux switch wires send the ground signal, so the aux switch wire goes to relay 85, and battery power goes to 86 (or vice versa).

Here’s a couple pics;
1. 4 Diode Dynomics Pro spot / 2 Pro combo on outsides.
2. Diode Dynomics 30” in lower grille
3. Oracle Rebel/TRX light
All pics with headlights off and moving. Trying to find a good dark spot on Long Island is a *****!

@UnclJim What parts did you install, and where did you purchase them from?

I see Mopar 82216449AA mentioned in this thread, but I don't know if that's been confirmed to work with 2021+ 1500s. 4WheelElectronics is mentioned, but the only thing I find for 5th gens is the relay kit without buttons. I've got the same four stock button functions as you (though my order is different: TC off, Tow/Haul, rear parking sensor off, front parking sensor off).

I used 68376640AE buttons, The order changes on the top from the original switch panel but everything works normal , if your good at wiring you can save the $270. its simple to wire up a relay box. Jimmy07 can most likely tell you the pins to buy that go on the wires that plug into the back of switch's.
Here’s a photo of one I’m doing for a coworkers Tocoma. He likes to run his relays on a negative trigger same as what we have.

I'm tempted to take one for the team and order 82216449AB (replaces 82216449AA). I hesitate because I don't know what the other button functions are (traction control on/off, etc.). I submitted a question through the Mopar site, which ended up going to a local CDJR dealer, but have not received an answer.

PDF of the installation instructions, for anyone interested.

I looked into ordering a few months ago and it wasn't in stock anywhere. Let us know if you can order it and then how the install goes as I'd be tempted to go this route for sure

That's my other reason for hesitation; several places list it as order-able, but I'm skeptical that they actually have it in stock. I'll try contacting a few more places to confirm stock and, hopefully, to answer my question about the non-aux button functions.

Well after calling multiple people that claim to have the switch no one does. These things are on national back order. Hopefully some show up soon. If someone wants to sell there’s I’ll buy

It looks like the switches work on the 21 Rams, you guys that have been trying on the 19-20 rams any more luck or updates? Or is it a lost cause at this point?
